Pros:

The cleanliness, garden and security personnel
Most of the receptionists and waitress+waiters very friendly

Cons:

My welcoming was bad when the receptionist asked me if I am sure that I booked with them
Their executive room with shower only, not spacious without cupboard
Limited tv channels Sabc, etv and meet
No microwave to warm up my left overs

The entrance and sitting area is like a stately home. It is magnificent.
Pros:

The staff on the front desk were friendly, compactionat.
The menu dinner was delicious but I was disappointed in the morning that there were no scrambled eggs and no one in the kitchen was paying attention.
Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay. I love the decor of the place. I wish I could have taken pictures there. The waiters were also polite and kind especially Tsepo or Tsepang. He would come to my table and ask if I was still okay. Aside from Him all the staff were kind and polite.
