Awful staff and even worse pre-pay for room charges
Pros:

Location was great and the hotel is beautiful

Cons:

The staff and they have a very bad attitude towards anyone doing room charges. Demanding you pre-pay (not a typical credit card hotel authorization); and then refuse to refund any unused pre-paid credit. We are out $200 because they refuse to refund us. This was not disclosed when the pre-payment was taken.

Great location and very neat outside of rooms
Food was good

Cons:

Staff service in restaurant and bar was disappointing. I paid extra for early check in and got a much worse room than other tenants who booked the same type of room and got their room earlier than normal.

Perfect stop to visit the Big Hole

The staff were very friendly. The hotel has loads of characters and is located perfectly next to the Big Hole and it's attractions.

Was happy with the stay and the quick check in by the reception. Booking with Booking.com was easy.
Pros:

Room was clean and nice with good aircon and TV. The service staff was exceptional and fast when I asked for help with a TV remote that didn't work.

The hotel property security was tight and good as they check carefully the transport car that ferried me to the hotel.

Cons:

Would have been great if there is an elevator. I always prefer to stay on higher floors. But glad to have the bellhop ready and keen to assist me in getting my luggage to the second floor.
