The Byzantium Hotel & Suites - Special Class

The hotel is in perfect location for visiting main attractions in sultan ahmet.
The room for three adults was spacious, bed was comfortable.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Staff were very helpful.
Transport is easily accessible, tram is best to reach various areas quickly.
Breakfast buffet was very with good which had a good variety..

The ability of te staff to help you if you have any request. Very clean. Breakfast

Lovely staff. Erhan at the breakfast area was simply a lovely, happy man who surprised my son with a birthday cake. The young man who helps with suitcases was lovely too. Hotel is near most attractions. Rooftop restaurant at night is a must. View to Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque

I liked everything from complementary breakfast, front desk staff to the spacious lounge. The only thing I am not great about is the size of the room. I have never lived in such a small room any hotel I lived in while travelled worldwide. But the great services by staff off set for the room size.

Very nice hotel, excellent service and close to many tourist attractions

We booked a superior room it wasn't good,bathroom light didn't work,aircon didnt work,the safe locked our stuff in it couldn't open till engineer came the next day,then had to stay in all morning till he turned up,when you book for 3nights its a pain.did get upgraded but went to that room had no soap,shampoo.would like some compensation but don't no were to start.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We felt very welcomed and extremely well looked after by all their staff. We arrived early and the check in staff managed to get a room ready for us ahead of schedule which we greatly appreciated.

During breakfast we were looked after by Erhan who was very friendly and helpful. Warisha also made us feel very welcome.

Very convenient location and many interesting restaurants

Located literally 5 mins away from Hagia sophia! so the location is prime. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. They helped with transportation services as well. breakfast was buffet style and they have tons of restaurant options.

Very close to main tourist area. Breakfast was limited and TV had few English speaking channels. On 4th floor with terrace for dining above so noisy when people came down to 4th floor for lift at midnight.

Great location, friendly staff, walking distance to places.

Overall the hotel is good. Food was also perfect at the breakfast but they should change the menu everyday, I noticed same food all the days. People who are serving the breakfast are so kind and respectful. Location of the hotel is perfect. The restroom is too small.
