Sehr zentral gelegen - gutes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, ruhiges Zimmer. Lage ist sehr zentral aber unmittelbar in der Touristenzone (beachten). Tolles Frühstück von Erhan und seinem Team jeden Tag zubereitet

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. We couldn’t even stay for one night because of how terrible the experience was.

The customer service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. We were given the wrong room, and the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the corridors smelled like a gutter, making the whole hotel feel dirty and unhygienic.

The bathroom was in a horrible condition and was nowhere near the standard you would expect from a hotel. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and facilities were completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else if you want a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Sehr gutes Gesamtpaket!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, leckeres Obst und türkische Speisen, Kaffee etwas dünn, aber okay. Besonders freundlicher Empfang und netter smalltalk mit dem sympathischen Erhan.
Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut, wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Alles andere ist gut mit der T1 erreichbar.
Außerdem sind kleine Supermärkte für kalte Getränke und Snacks unmittelbar neben dem Hoteleingang.

El personal es una maravilla, siempre pendientes de poder ayudar.
Especialmente darle las gracias a Ehran por hacernos el desayuno tan cómodo por estar toda la familia junta, hasta le hizo un regalito a nuestra hija.

Excelente atencion de todo el personal. Desde el lobby hasta los chicos del resto y Bar que es espectacular para tomar o cenar mirando el Bosforo
Una mención especial a Erham que nos esperaba en el desayuno con una sonrisa y atento a lo que necesitabas. Muchas gracias a todo el staff por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Everything was Wonderful , personal staff on breakfast are really Nice and help full .

Spécial Thanks to Erhan on breakfast for his really professionnal and amazing welcoming . That was our Best meeting in istambul .

Davvero eccezionale! TOP!!
Pros:

TUtto perfetto. Staff gentilissimo e colazione fantastica. L' hotel si trova nella miglior posizione per raggiungere i monumenti storici e la Piazza dell' Ippodromo a piedi. E' dotato di ascensore e questo non e' scontato nei centri storici. Tutto intorno all' hotel ci sono ristoranti e negozietti. La metropolitana di Cankurtaran è a pochi minuti.La camera viene rifatta ogni giorno e ti lasciano ogni giorno biancheria pulita e una bottiglia grande a testa di acqua.La terrazza ristorante ( 2 per la verità, una coperta e una scopetta) offre un panorama eccezionale, unico, sul Bosforo. Il buffet x la colazione è davvero strepitoso, da lasciarci gli occhi! Anche se in Turchia il salato prevale sul dolce, per i golosi era anche disponibile grande vaso di Nutella, oltre a torte e dolcetti turchi. Il caposala, Erhan ha un' attenzione per gli ospiti che raramente di trova, ma tutti i ragazzi della sala breakfast sono attentissimi. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Shaĥnoza, una dolcissima ragazza che si è messa da subito a disposizione, anche per i giorni successivi, e ci ha offerto cay, caffè e tisane. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni momento, ci hanno aiutato con le valigie, sia all" arrivo che alla partenza, e ci hanno organizzato il transfer per l' aeroporto, dopo averci salutati con cay e caffè. Una particolare menzione va al Signor Oktaybey e al Signor Enes, per la disponibilità e tutti i suggerimenti forniti.Tutti voi avete reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico. Davvero non avremmo potuto chiedere di piu'. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, ci tornerò!! ( A chi si è lamentato per il rumore proveniente dalla strada, ricordo ghe siamo in pieno centro storico....comunque le stanze sono perfettamente insonorizzate ed è sufficiente chiudere la finestra!

The Hotel is in the center where everything is near.
The staff is wonderful and caring, I have to mention Erhan who is so friendly and helpful.
i tried the spa, very clean and the experience was Great.
