Muy buen Hotel
Pros:

El desayuno fue maravilloso, muy bueno! La piscina estupenda, muy limpia, las tumbonas eran muy comodas! La habitación del hotel estaba muy limpia también. Todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Pese a no estar en el centro estaba muy bien comunicado y facil de llegar. Si volvemos a Florencia lo volveremos a coger!!

Cons:

Lo único que no nos acabó de convencer fueron las almohadas, eran demasiado blandas. Pero eso ya va a gusto personal.

Beste Hotel für Familien in Florenz.
Pros:

Der Pool ist sehr gross und angenehm.
Die verdunkelte Zimmer waren sehr gut, um die Kinder zu Mittagsschlaf zu animieren auch der kühle Temperatur im Zimmer war hervorragend. Der Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend und das Abendessen war super fein. Das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr überzeugt von den Hotel und kommen gerne wieder zu Besuch.

really want to praise this hotel. The location is not in the city centre, but the centre is easily accessible by tram. The hotel is clean, the room was always tidy, and everything was well maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service at the pool bar was very good, and the pool was clean and refreshing.

I especially want to thank Nina. She was very kind, helpful, and always smiling. In the afternoon, she worked at the pool bar, then she served guests in the restaurant during dinner, and later she was at the hotel bar. She managed everything with great professionalism. I also want to thank the whole team, because everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
