Pros:

Staff are nice and hotel provides what you need. Room is big and fast internet too

Cons:

I found some Hair in the bathtub and the location is far from the centre too. There is a bus stop but not that near nor it has a bus coming every 15 or 30 min's

Disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were polite and efficient, and breakfast had a good range of options.

Cons:

The hotel is not cheap, and they couldn't provide a proper double bed - just two singles pushed together. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathtub plug wouldn't close fully, but also didn't drain quickly so you couldn't have a bath without putting pressure on the plug, nor could you have a shower without ending up stood in a couple of inches of water.

Frankly, for the price you pay to stay here, these facilities are incredibly poor.

Für 1-2 Tage Florenz OK
Pros:

Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und direkt vor dem Hotel. Auch für größere Fahrzeuge sehr gut geignet.

Cons:

Zunächst finden wir es sehr enttäuschend, dass obwohl deutsche Urlauber mit 22% in der Toscana die Liste der Urlauber anführen, trotzdem weder an der Rezeption irgendjemand deutsch gesprochen hat noch auf dem Zimmer die Informtionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Deutsch übersetzt sind. Italienisch und Englisch und Ende. Auch beim TV Programm - Es steht zwar ZDF in der Programmliste, kommt aber nicht. Das Frühstück verdient leider keine 4 Sterne. Ein Kaffeeautomat an dem sich alle anstellen müssen. Keinerlei Bedienung . Nur self Service. Abendessen, obwohl man Gast im Hotel ist, wird man mit 3€ Coperto pro Person abkassiert. Zimmer OK. Bad leider ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für 1-2 Tage Florenz OK. Vom Hotel in die Altstadt mit dem Taxi 15€ auch OK.

Hôtel correct mais manque de modernisme à tout point de vue

Ensemble correct personnel agréable

Cons:

Wifi trop faible dans la chambre manque de prise en tête de lit (1 seul côté) salle de bain très étroite et mal équipée en produits douche shampooing…le strict minimum

- Het bed is te hard.
- De kamers zijn gehorig. Dat vind ik niet kunnen voor een hotel met deze prijs.

A localização, fica longe do centro de Florença. Para usar o transporte urbano, é necessário caminhar por 15 minutos.
