Great value, very clean and secure, and an excellent choice if you are exploring Florence and Tuscany by car.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent value for money, especially if you are travelling by car. It has a large secure gated entrance, so people cannot simply walk in from outside, which made us feel very safe. There is also an underground car park with direct access to the hotel lobby, which was extremely convenient. The city centre was easy to reach by taxi, and there were several highly rated restaurants nearby. I especially liked that the gym was open until late at night. Breakfast was buffet style and very well managed — even just 10 minutes before closing, the staff were still topping up the food so nothing was left empty. If you are renting a car and using Florence as a base to travel around, this is an excellent choice.. ah’ also very good air conditioning !!

Cons:

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes around the pool area, so it was difficult to relax there for very long. Apart from that, we had no major complaints.

Decepcionante para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Las camas, la tercera cama no es un sofá, eran cómodas.

Cons:

El cargador de coche eléctrico no funcionaba, lo riega los aspersores del césped, si no eres italiano es muy mala la aplicación y solo hay un cargador y preguntas en recepción y no se responsabilizan, el desayuno no era acorde a 4 estrellas.

Nagyon kedves a hotel személyzete. Mindenre odafigyelnek. Minden tiszta, naponta takarítanak. Van saját parkolója és medencéje a hotelnek, ami nagyon nagy plusz pont.

Cons:

Vékonyak a falak, mindent lehet sajnos hallani amit a szomszéd szobában csinálnak.
