Great place, great location, but not as quiet as I would like
Pros:

Location is great, right near everything and against the beach, so easy to get anywhere!
Only problem is you can hear all the people outside and the windows/doors aren't that sound proof.

Cons:

Not hugely sound proof, so can hear a lot of outside noise and people. The fan on the ceiling was loud so was the air con.

Pros:

Great location on the beach, and direct access to shops & cafes on other side.
Rooms were good size, shower decent, roof top private balcony to sunbathe. Pool was not big but perfect for a cool down.

Cons:

Bed was quite hard!

Grote kamer met bad en douche, netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Locatie was erg druk, direct aan een heel druk pad en strand, klein zwembad met weinig plekken om te liggen. Personeel kwam ongeïnteresseerd over.

When we returned to the room it stank of dampness and dirty drains. We had another two couples in our group. Their rooms were the same.

Would definitely recommend for location to everything! Super clean hotel.
Pros:

Location to beach, towels changed daily, heaven rooms perfect for sunbathing on the roof, fresh bottled water daily provided, staff super friendly and very accommodating. Hammock included on balcony was lovely added touch! Stunning views of beach etc from balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby had beach front access also which went straight through to main road. Highly recommend Mamma Mia restaurant.

Cons:

Strange operating system for all lights via one control panel next to bed (which also controls aircon & ceiling fan). Bathroom light therefore couldn’t be turned on/off independently. No bar but very close to bars outside anyway so not an issue.

Niet helemaal volgens verwachting
Pros:

De kamer is royaal en netjes. Er stonden lekkere muffins voor ons klaar op de kamer. Er is nagedacht over luxe, maar dit komt niet altijd uit de verf.

De foto's die je ziet komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het hotel ligt in een zeer druk gebied met erg veel reuring.

Cons:

Er zijn uitsluitend mannen in de personele bezetting. Het feit dat de kamer en de badkamer gescheiden worden door jaloezieën sprak ons niet zo aan. En beetje meer privacy in de badkamer is wel fijn.
Het bedieningspaneel van de verlichting en de airco is snachts een storende licht-factor. En de airconditioning maakt best veel lawaai.
Het ontbijt op de kamer is niet helemaal wat je ervan verwacht: piepkleine croissants, yoghurt in een supermarktbekertje en keiharde eieren. En dit was het enige hotel waar we moesten betalen voor de flesjes water. Wij sloten onze vakantie hier af. Betaalden veel meer dan elders en kregen veel minder.

Mysigt hotell med toppenläge
Pros:

Stora fina rum. Läget är oslagbart med havet som utsikt och på andra sidan butiker och restauranger. Fin pool. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Frukosten var enkel men smakade bra. Och att få den serverad till sin egen altan var toppen. Kan varmt rekommendera Layalina.

Great place on Kamala Beach
Pros:

The location was great with access to everything locally and centrally in Phuket, the room was clean with enough space, the rooftop access was a nice bonus, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was a bit odd, but minor compared to all the positives.
