This hotel is very good. This hotel staff behavior is so excellent.I suggest, please stay one night this hotel. Mention hotel breakfast is excellent.

The staff is friendly and location is good and they are cooperative also. The pool is huge but property needs good maintenance.

The room is old..it didn't have a safe box...It had very good staff.. Wishing you all the best...... ........m... ...metci

This hotel is located in a fully tourist-friendly area with great access to everything, and the rooms are large and spacious.
However, in terms of cleanliness, it scores zero. There was mold everywhere, and the moment we opened the door to our room, a strong smell of mold and dampness filled the entire space.
The stay was completely unacceptable

No smoke detector in room In 6 floor.
Miss bottom bottom to elevator 2 places, can get electrical 😳😆
Floor in room like is a homeless person living here. Rest ok.
I did wake up 2 nights ago in night, heard a woman scream in fear or something.

Expedia should not advertise this property. I was in two different rooms. Bugs in the bed and flying bugs. I bought spray but no help. I was bitten everywhere on my body and some pics I cannot post where the bites are. I told Housekeeping twice about the bugs and no response. Then I also reported about there was no hot water twice. The maintenance man finally showed up and he was there about half an hour. He goes OK it’s fixed. The water was lukewarm. The only way to get warm water is to run this tap on the sink and also run it in the shower and then it is a little warm. You should not have to do that. It was so bad I had to pay for another room in Bangkok for my last week and there was no refund from Mountain Beach Resort if I can find a way to post videos then I will be able to do it so you can see everything.

Excellent staff clean rooms and great location. Highly recommend. Great pool and Michael fob manager fantastic to deal with and his staff. Reception and housekeeping very attentive. Pool water very warm and clean great happy hour deals pizza and beer 👍👍👍. Highly recommend.

No words to explain about facilities of the hotel 🏨 or staff's response with respectful behaviour very happy to choose hotel mountain beach 🏖️ ⛱️ fully enjoyed hotel views and food is too much tasty 😋 😋 don't want to leave but the experience was loving❤️❤️

From the moment we approached the front desk it was an unpleasant experience, so bad that we had to already booked 2 rooms for 2 nights we only stayed for 1 night.
The staff on the front desk were rude asking ‘what you here for’ , well we have booked a room obviously, they asked my wife her name 3 times in about 30 seconds , they put us in rooms on 2 different floors , not as booking request. The scruffy guy on the desk was exceptionally rude not even looking at us as he passed the keys over and was picking his nose at the same time.

We went to the room , the door was already open and the room was full of mosquitos.
The toilet was leaking , the light in the shower was hanging down from the ceiling by the live wires , the bracket to hold the shower was broken so had to hold it the whole time.
The beds are on wheels and very small , sheets grubby and discoloured.
The curtains are ripped and don’t close so the room is light at 6AM.
The extract fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so the whole room steams up.
The flap on the floor mounted AC wouldn’t stay open because it was broken , so I had to use a piece of cardboard to lodge it open.
The best way I can describe the breakfast is like prison slops , just uninviting so I just had juice and bread , even the coffee was rank.
The swimming pool was also revolting , broken tiles , brown stains everywhere.
The carpets in the corridors had more stains than clean parts and just generally filthy.
The restaurants AC didn’t work and they had floor standing fans , I watched birds fly into the redundant ceiling mounted AC as they had obviously nested in there , the look on the couples face who were seated below was hilarious until a bird dropping fell out of the vent onto the floor next to them :/

How this hotel is rated as 4 ⭐️ is utterly astonishing 🤯

Not good at all. Very out dated and everything is falling apart. Wifi is useless ,if you are depending on it i suggest to get data package. And the blanket provided was a joke. My dogs have better blanket than that.

A very disappointing experience and not a four-star hotel.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Mountain Beach Resort.

I will start with the positive items
1. It has a very big family suite
2. An excellent location near the beach and many attractions and restaurants
3. Looks nice from the exterior.
4. The pool is large and looks nice.

The negative items:
1. This is not a four-star hotel, the service level, the room facilities, the size and settings of the bathroom,
2. The room is very old-fashioned, it has smelly wall-to-wall carpets
3. The bathroom is very small and has rust on the tap and rust signs on the floor
4. The room lacks furniture like chairs, there aren't any chairs to allow me to work on the desk.
5. On arrival there wasn't any staff assistance to get my luggage
6. The electricity plugs are old fashioned and even the room micro oven doesn't match the plugs
7. There is no hot water in the bathroom, only mild temperature.
8. The corridors are not very clean and their wall-to-wall carpets have tears,
9. The breakfast is very poor, and the selection and food offerings are poor. there is margarine instead of butter. My wife and daughter didn't find anything to eat there

If the hotel was marked as a three-star as it should be, I wouldn't have booked it in the first place

I wanted to enjoy this property based on the low cost and we made the best of the situation. The first room we got did not have functional air conditioning. The second one was two twin beds instead of a double. The second room was also in horrible repair and filthy. The third room had damage on the carpet and bathroom but was serviceable.

The morning buffet is fair and plentiful but the fruit was frequently not stocked. The egg station was popular. The on site restaurant frequently did not have the ingredients for the full menu.

The pool showed disrepair and the pool towels were frequently not available. At least once a week room towels were not available until much later n the day.

Room is so old and not matching picture from website. Rug is dirty and bathroom has mold.

Hotel rooms were clean and tidy with good location. WiFi doesn't works in room's at all and they don't have intercom facility they work only on WhatsApp basis so there's big communication issues. They don't provide bellboy also for luggages we have to carry self to the room . Bathroom door doesn't get locked even after complaining so many times no one came to repair . Hotel staff listen to everything but they don't do anything . No hot water for bathing . None of our problem were solved by them. Break fast was good Mr KC Paliwal in restaurant is very helpful and kind person greeted so well. He's the only person who helped well . Our Tour manager were very rude I don't want to take name but totally disappointed with here behaviour. Only huge building and location is not imp for hotels there's comes so many things which is lacking here. No amenities were provided felt like 1 star hotel , wifi only works in hotel lobby near reception if you sit there for while you'll definitely get dengue . no AC facility in reception area and lots of mosquitoes around. We went to pool side there was vomitting around they haven't clean . Would definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone . atleast reception should know basic English . Very disappointed with this hotel in pattaya . Hotel given by MMT in Bangkok was superb .

I enjoyed my stay and all the staff was really helpful and the breakfast catering is great.Especially chef kc paliwal who gives the best service and taste of indian food. undoubtedly will come back soon

The hotel service was amazing and the rooms were also neat and clean

the staff talked nicely and very helpfull when to carry bags and provide advise.

toilet is not good, no partition between shower area and toilet bow. no slipper.

there are a lot of macs the edge of the carpet that hurt my feet every time i walked there
