Fijn hotel, weinig sfeervolle locatie, parkeren steeds betalen van € 4 erg lastig, geen Pasengevoel
Pros:

Prima ontbijt, fijn personeel, jammer dat tijdens het Paasweekend, geen enkele feestaankleding was, had wel erg op prijs gesteld. Badkamer, helaas geen bad, uitzicht op binnen, weinig privacy, jammer

Cons:

uitzicht binnengebied, jammer dat je 3 x een uitrijkaart van € 4 moet betalen voor de auto, erg lastig, allemaal.

Goede centrale locatie
Pros:

Heel fijn bed en kussens, ruime kamer

Cons:

Parkeren. Gratis parkeren lukt niet. Betaald parkeren kost 4,- per keer dat je uitrijdt dit in tegenstelling wat op de website staat. Na indienen klacht hebben we 1x 4,- teruggekregen echter het parkeren heeft ons best veel gekost omdat we meerdere malen in en uit moesten rijden.

It’s a nice place; I’d recommend it for a short stay, though you’ll have to take your chances with the neighbours
Pros:

Location is perfect. It’s great that you can bring your dog; no problems at all

Cons:

You could hear the neighbours very clearly as they knocked on the door and opened and closed it. It felt as though they were knocking on your door all the time.

Na een week eerder Van de Valk Lelystad was dit een tegenvaller.
Pros:

De ligging.

Cons:

Toen ik de gordijnen van kamer 220 sloot, bleken die vol vlekken te zitten. Van wat!? Bèèèh!! Het ontbijtbuffet krijgt van mij een 6+…

Matige hotelkamer, slecht schoon gemaakt.
Pros:

Makkelijk te bereiken.
Dichtbij de dierentuin.
Er is 24u iemand aanwezig.

Cons:

Klimaat in de kamer, het was er te warm en het was niet koel te krijgen ookal stond het raam wagenwijd open.
De kamer was slecht schoon gemaakt, veel stof overal, gebruikte roerstaafjes voor de koffie, brand plekken op de wasbak van sigaretten, veel vieze vlekken op de muur, tapijt en plafond.
Geen hotelinformatie op de kamer aanwezig, zoals WiFi code en wat de faciliteiten zijn.

Prima voor een nacht
Pros:

Prima hotel voor 1 of 2 nachten. Perfecte service, ruime lobby, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en handig dat je vlakbij kunt parkeren. Stil hotel, rustige kamers en goed bereikbaar. Donkere gordijnen die licht redelijk goed buiten sluiten.

Cons:

Badkamer kan wel een antikalkbeurt gebruiken. Douchekraan zat enorm vast en hoekjes her en der zijn niet goed schoon. TV met veel zenders maar geen normale kanalen gevonden (kan aan mijn onkunde liggen). Eten in het restaurant is okay maar niet bijzonder.

Сніданки дуже хороші. Тихо, чисто, є всі зручності. Можна взяти в оренду велосипеди. На першому поверсі можна купити необхідні дрібнички.
