Average at best hotel...Dated..
Pros:

Very dated and old hotel near the main rail station, Clean room but facility was limited. shower was good..

Cons:

Man on reception was abrupt and horrible to deal with...Asked him for local info and he seemed to know nothing. Walls of hotel room was thin so very hard to get a good nights sleep.

Emergency accommodation due to a vehicle breakdown but definitely the right choice
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff especially in the cafe/bar area.. Exceptionally clean throughout the hotel and comfortable room . Good location for city centre .

Cons:

The front of the hotel is not the nicest area
