Quality Inn Manning I-95

Booked a room here when the Super 8 across the street gave away my room. For the $35 extra I paid, it was well worth it. Room was very clean and had no problems at all. Bathroom looked relatively new. Breakfast was ok, not up to the level of a Hampton Inn. Convenient access to I95 but relatively quiet.

However our bathroom sink and pillows were unclean and carried a smell
But your front desk personal was excellent and super helpful. Made my stay possible

Although the beds were comfortable they were very high off the floor hard to get into for short people 5'6 and I struggled my girlfriend's 5 ft 2 and I had to pull her out of the bed

Our stay was good, room wise. Breakfast needs up grading. Frozen egg omelets that you need to cook yourself in microwave, orange juice that was extremely watered down. Looked more like yellow water than juice . no bacon or sausage. Very very basic .

We entered the room and immediately felt a terrible smell, everything was dirty and nasty. It has cockroaches. It was the most horrific hotel. I went to the front desk and said I was no staying there, we took photos and the lady at the front desk went to the room and saw the cockroaches took pictures and said she was sending them to the manager and assured me we would get a refund, because obviously we didn’t stay there. THEY DENIED THE NEXT DAY THE REFUND.

Very nice. They are renovating so we were definitely in one of the finished ones.

Quick check in after driving long distance, requested ground floor and they honored it. Thank You.

Quiet area nestled in the back of the street. Also love that there is a waffle house next door.

The area around the hotel is a little bit questionable but I myself was fine with it, the hotel was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed my very short visit

Might stay here was quite nice from the lady who checked us in she was amazing very friendly. The rooms look like they had just been remodeled had really comfortable beds and all around a very clean room to stay in.

Stopped over on our way to St Augustine. Very friendly staff and room was comfortable.

The room had a stale odor of water damage, there wasn't any place to store my Clothes or a iron and board. breakfast was none existing, only a waffle maker, egg/chesses in a package. Not everyone like chesses on their egg. king bed in a room, which should had been a room for a queen bed. An old clock that wasn't working. This stay was very disappointed. I had thought about staying another night but declined against it

Matresses were a disaster, no tissues in room limited towels which were ok, but lower quality

Lady at front desk needs more training before being left alone. Rooms were dirty with roaches. AC was off when we entered the room which made the room smell.

The room was good, but it needs some updating. Service and Staff were great and willing to assist if needed.
