Location was good for what we wanted, room had been updated and was very comfortable. Check in staff member friendly and helpful. Parking and security good.

Cons:

Coffee machine didn't work, when I asked about it upon checkout the staff member just said ok. Room service cards weren't collected from our door knob so had to check this and then deliver them to reception anyway. Check out staff member fairly dismissive. Spa was cold, not heated. Minor issues...

The air condition wasn't warming the room I think the air-conditioning would be better above the bed. Room was cold even tho the air con was on heat

Clean and good location, but uncomfortable and staff weren’t very helpful
Pros:

Clean room and nice and spacious bathroom. Good location if you have a car.

Cons:

Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Didn’t even try to accommodate a request for a room change. Bed and seats in the room weren’t very comfortable uncomfortable. Did not sleep well.
