Pros:

Great size room lovely hotel.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed because we got a room with a large bath but couldn't use it as there was no plug in the room. So basically paid an extra $100 for nothing.

Very enjoyable stay, clean and accommodating.
Pros:

The Platinum is always a clean and quiet place to stay. The rooms are well appointed with the basics and quite spacious. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating.

Cons:

Maybe a microwave but everything else was great.

Great location and well priced. Nice pool and close shops.
Pros:

The staff we spoke to briefly outside rooms etc were very friendly and nice. The pool was awesome albeit cold even in April. Beds were super comfy and the room was spacious.

Cons:

Was hard to find the button for the spa bubbles. The layout of our suite was interesting with a round table and 3 single sofa chairs around it? Could’ve used a big shared lounge? Was still great just an interesting find.
