Not a Bad Houston Stay.
Pros:

Glad they had streaming services as other Hilton Garden Inn did not. Staff friendly and welcoming. Access to attractions and restaurants. Beds and pillows to soft. Had to run shower for ten minutes before getting hot water. Temperature in room inconsistent. No fan in the bathroom. No mats for inside shower as it was very slippery. Older female guest with dog did not clean up after her dog even though poop bags were available. It was not a service animal.

Pros:

This property is the cleanest, friendliest, most conveniently located on the West side of the beltway. I will stay here often for business and look forward to getting to know the staff in the future.

Most everything was well maintained. Would just suggest improving the bed linens. The pool was amazing.

Hot grill on site was very nice.

The sheets need to be improved. Seemed very old - not crisp.
