I've been here during winter and no complain at all. I really appreciate service and quietness. Also walked to the town for long walk which is safe area.

Located right across from the tram station which takes you all the to the main tourist attractions in Istanbul. The hotel is clean smells good and the staff if very friendly. There are many restaurants near buy.

Nice helpful stay clean tidy room with great value for money. Only issue wifi didn’t connect for us so just winged it.

It's pretty clean and safe. Quite and close to food shopping area. Police station is next building. I do not like laundry service. It's very expensive. There's a laundry place not too far which was very cheap compare to the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel many times, everytime i come to istanbul i stay here but this time was terrible. They kept charging us for stuff we never used. They threatened my guest with calling the police. They locked my key card so i cannot access my room which had all my clothes, money and passport. They repeatedly would send someone to our room to bother us. The staff is disgustinly rude and has terrible service. I will never be sgaying here again and i will recommend everyone i know ñ not to stay here.
