Disappointing
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioner leaked all over my clothes, shower was dirty and had mold, wifi literally did not work

Decent room for the night. Room needed maintenance.
Cons:

The door to the bathroom was extremely difficult to move. Also, the room, while clean, had a lot of wear and need minor maintenance in places.

Also, we never got the WiFi to work.

Nice hotel, comfortable shower and bed, enjoyed my stay. Would come back and stay when I need to:)
Pros:

This place is unique, it use to be some kind of factory. When you walk in lobby smells like cologne or something. I love the shower and bed. A hotel where i actually slept most of the night, very comfortable.

Cons:

One of the Front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming the rest was fine.

Very poor attitude from hotel reception. Expected much better from the Hilton brand.
Pros:

Location was walking distance to many local eateries, and a big shopping mall.

Cons:

The hotel receptionist was very brusque and dismissive when I reported that our WiFi wasn't working, and didn't work for the duration of our stay.
It was implied that it was my fault until another guest reported the same issue. Even then the fault wasn't fixed.
Was annoyed to find out on checking out that we should have been offered premium WiFi as an alternative.

Bedding and pillows were great.
Pros:

Innovative use of property.

Cons:

We waited to be seated at restaurant and decided to leave. A customer even told a member of the staff that someone was waiting to be seated.
Parking should be included in the price of the room.

Nice location near plenty of stores. Staff was welcoming. I loved the industrial layout and decor. The bed was comfortable and the room was pristine.

Pros:

It was lovely. Staff were really friendly. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good location. There’s also parking across the street.

Limited options for breakfast when it’s included.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel to several of our friends and family members.
Pros:

In the end, everything was great: bed, room and restaurant!

Cons:

We did not like the receptionist who checked us in (generally bad attitude), everyone else (house keeping, bellman, reception and restaurant) was super nice and helpful the entire time we were there (7 nights).
We did not like that there was not a refrigerator in our room when we first got there, but we received one shortly after we had unpacked.

This place is a hidden gem. Convenient location and pet friendly. This places feels like a much more expensive hotel wit

I liked the location and that it was in a fairly former mill / industrial building.

Cons:

Check in took a long time, but they was due to a temporary technical issue. The parking was across the street, which was somewhat inconvenient and at an additional cost, not previously mentioned.

I wish the hotel had a few more amenities.
