A few days in Leuven visiting our son. Beautiful town. Pentahotel an oasis in a busy part of the town

Fijne locatie in het centrum met vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Er was een probleem met de kamer dat werd perfect en vriendelijk meteen opgelost.

Cons:

We waren wat later bij het ontbijt en sommige dingen die al wat langer stonden waren uitgedroogd, humus, gesneden komkommer, misschien beter afdekken of tussendoor verversen zodat het er wat smakelijker uit ziet? Ontbijt was wel uitgebreid met ook vegan opties.

Aangenaam verblijf in het hart van Leuven.
Pros:

Heel groot bed, regendouche in de badkamer. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Cons:

Mini frigo zat los in de kast, de parking was niet zo goed aangegeven.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima en voldoende keuze. De ligging van het hotel is midden in het centrum. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

Een van de matrassen was erg zacht. Verder zag de kamer er prima uit.

Pros:

Centrale locatie, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, goede bedden, leeg koelkastje voor eigen gebruik, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Tapijt in de gang 3de verdieping vol vlekken. Kamer 311 was niet helemaal schoon: stofnesten tussen de radiator, evenals in de hoeken van de plafonds en rond de airco. Zowat 1/3 van de gaatjes van douchekop was verkalkt/verstopt. Niet al het personeel spreekt Nederlands.
