Pros:

C'est propre et fonctionnel.

Cons:

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Situé un peu loin du centre sur une avenue en face d'un supermarché Carrefour. Deux bâtiments au même endroit, la Perla 2 étoiles et la Perla 3 étoiles. On ne sait pas si notre chambre était dans le 2* ou dans le 3*: prix du 3* mais confort/prestations du 2*...

La ubicació. A 20 minuts caminant del centre d'Olot. A prop de parcs. Fàcil per aparcar. Personal molt amable.

Muy cerca del centro.
La habitación es amplia
El desayuno es bastante correcto
Cenamos el menú en el restaurante del hotel y bastante bueno y precio razonable
No tiene piscina pero hay la posibilidad de sacar ticket de la piscina municipal que está muy cerca

Le falta un poco de reforma pero está bastante bien
Tiene bañera aunque prefiero plato de ducha

L' esmorzar i el sopar m' han semblat correctes i l' hotel també. Te molta zona per aparcar que es important.

El personal de recepción, y la terraza del apartamento

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba y eso obligaba a tener abiertas las ventanas, pero había una maquina de aire acondicionado del hotel que hacia un ruido insoportable toda la noche.
No había escoba ni recogedor en la habitación.
Parking pequeño y de acceso incomodo.
