Henkilökunta vastaanotossa ja aamupalan yhteydessä oli ystävällistä. Sauna oli hyvä. Huonekin yhtä hyvä kuin edellisen yöpymisen aikaan viime elokuussa.
Kuntosali oli surkea, pieni ja laitteissa paljon puutteita. Respa väitti varauksen olevan vain yhdelle ja yritti veloittaa toisesta henkilöstä lisää aamupalan osuuden. Onneksi oli varausvahvistus tallessa. Respa oli kyllä ystävällinen, muttei se kovin ammattitaitoista kuvaa silti hotellin toiminnasta jättänyt. Ketjumuutoksen myötä pysäköinti selvästi kalliimpaa.
Room was tiny, everything looked a little beat-up and run down, did not have a clean feeling. Walls were paper thin, could hear everyone in the neighbouring rooms. There was no mini fridge. The noise was huge in the room because of a machine on the ceiling (I guess it was the airconditioning, but I could not turn it off).
Breakfast was below average.
For this price, I was very disappointed.

Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Smoothie was delicious. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bed was a little too soft for us but very quiet and comfortable otherwise. Free shuttle from airport and back convenient.
The place to wait for the shuttle was a bit confusing. We saw the post with 42 marked on it but has to walk further to the other post with 42 and a bus shelter marked as 42. Seemed odd there was no arrow used to walk further.
