Hotel was clean, welcoming and centrally located. Definitely will stay again.
Pros:

Only ate 1 morning as choices were extremely limited

Cons:

The bed was super hard. While I like a firm mattress, my husband does not and did not sleep well.

I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend to others.
Pros:

Hampton Inn and Suites offered an exceptional stay. It is in a great location, which is within walking distance to the Mobile Convention Center as well as restaurants in the area. It had a great staff that was helpful and kind. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The parking area was gated and safely located. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to others.

Location near Mardi Gras Park and Dauphine street allowed us to walk everywhere.

Terrible Mattressses. Great Hotel & Staff
Pros:

We have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn & Suites many times. However, after last nights stay I will probably find another hotel as the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast and customer service at this hotel was great. It was confirmed by an employee that the matressss were recently replaced on our floor. However I believe it was a corporate decision as another Hampton inn location we stayed at on the way also had a terrible mattress. So sad as I love Hampton inns.

Loved this hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed this past weekend for our anniversary. Everything was exceptional! The hotel smelled amazing and was so clean. Our suite was beautiful with an amazing balcony view. I mostly enjoyed the welcome text message and that you are able to text all of your needs on the text thread. They responded so timely with all of our needs! Special thanks to Adrian in maintenance for being so professional and polite to help with our television. I will always book this hotel when I visit Mobile, Alabama.
