Inept, rude staff - LYING manager
Pros:

Worst hotel experience in my life!!! Hotel staff did not clean my room, nor provide clean linens, nor towels for the entirety of my stay. Front desk did not communicate this to housekeepers. Had to get clean towels each day of my stay from the front desk including last day when housekeeping entered my room at 9:30 am to strip bed and collect towels BEFORE I checked out. Manager, who was never notified of my experience despite four trips to the front desk promised partial refund but emailed IHG Corporste to say I was the problem. I stated this property many times before without incident. NEVER AGAIN

Exceptionally clean and nice!
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and Nice! We were shocked at how nice this hotel was. I will admit I didn't really research when booking, which can go south really fast. We spent 2 nights passing through at the end of our trip. Mainly to be able to tour the USS Alabama Battleship park. The location was very nice. Either this hotel was just renovated or they take pride in cleanliness. Mattresses had inspections, everything was spotless, breakfast was good, staff nice. We did not use the pool, was small but others were enjoying. Elevators sufficient. I would absolutely recommend and come again!

I don't remember what we paid but for what it cost I feel like we got our money worth. We had a 1 bedroom suite, with 6 of us in the room. The small Kitchenette was great to have. Could've used a little more seating but that's just being picky.

I didn't notice any noise from hall or other rooms even though the hotel was busy.

Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Loved the greeting on the T.V. That good ole Southern Hospitality right there. Excellent location and comfy beds. The staff were great, good breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

A few visible strands of hair left in the shower. However, I do not believe this was due to a careless or intentional mistake. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned

Great place to stay in Mobile
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance of many attractions.
Parking was easy for a downtown metro location. Nominal fee for parking is reasonable.

Pros:

Hotel was super clean in a great location. We could walk to many different businesses close to the hotel. Attendants were all welcoming and super friendly. We will definitely come back!

Only ate 1 morning as choices were extremely limited

Cons:

The bed was super hard. While I like a firm mattress, my husband does not and did not sleep well.
