Pros:

We had to call the front desk for hand soap wnd bedding for the pullout sofa bed. When we did the front desk staff responded quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Great room, the rest was mediocre
Pros:

It’s an okay hotel. The room we were in had a common area and two bedrooms on each side. It had enough space for all of us which was nice. The only feedback I have is the toilet in the room with the king was so incredibly hard to flush it went all the way back and then you had push with quite bit of force, they ran out of bowls at breakfast on Sunday and the staff just seemed bewildered, there were ants crawling everywhere by the oatmeal bar, and I saw at least a couple of employees walking aimlessly around doing nothing.

Great Place to stay close to Roanoke
Pros:

Great location close to businesses in Roanoke. Lots of places to eat, grocery stores, etc.. Hotel has a nice outdoor area although on this trip they removed the tables and most of the chairs for some reason. The rooms are in very good condition and the hotel is clean.

Disappointing stay for a Hilton Property
Pros:

I try to stay at Hilton properties because the level of customer service and standard of their hotels. This one was not up to par. We arrived late (10:15pm or so) there were zero carts for luggage. Parking is shared with the Garden Inn and two restaurants. It is not ideal, parking in the back if you can find a spot is best. Any rooms ending in 09 are right by the elevator. Our room had a large stain on the floor, the mattresses are awful and our remote to one tv wasn’t working. This is the first Hilton stay where I didn’t get a text to check on my stay. We went to breakfast at 7:45 and they were out of forks & coffee. Eggs were awful, sausage was edible. They only had one waffle maker out. The second day we avoided breakfast except for a grab and go and the bowls for cereal resembled a dog bowl in size - massive and strange. They had a large group there and we had booked through a team travel site, so they knew in advance they would have large groups. Extremely disappointed in this Hilton property.
