The stay was very disappointing. The hair dryer in the room was broken, and the TV had no sound at all. There was no drinking water provided in the room. Breakfast that was included could not be provided earlier than 7 AM, even though we asked in advance. The noise was unbearable — someone above our room was constantly jumping and banging on the floor and walls, even around 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke.

it was clean,
people staying at the hotel, with very low consideration, loud noise, loud walking up and down, people talking very loud at very early morning 2 am 3 am, no consideration using the premises, specially during the week (Tuesday night), people have to work, there was no one regulating the premises. I guess this is what is what I got at the price we paid. I don't know.

Ac units were broken, and location is in a loud spot so couldn’t even keep the windows open. Door looked like it had been kicked in. And the continental breakfast Sunday morning we’re literally muffins yogurt or coffee. No milk, no juice no cereal no, no other options.

The towels were a bit dirty and the hair phone didn’t work
The manager told me it was safe to go walk and get something to eat, and it was not, people were playing loud music at night and arguing
I due to a disability I requested a ground floor online and then I called the property and when I arrived, the manager said he didn’t remember speaking to me and that they had none available and I reminded him it was him and then he remembered and said he was sorry and put me on the second floor not even close to the elevator

The room smell really bad like weed the zinc didn't work properly try to call office the phone didn't work just not for anyone else to stay here.
