Excelsior Hotel Downtown

I like that everything was near perfect location restaurant shopping and entertainment!!

I spent one night with my friend , the rooms are very clean and very big one, the beds are very wide and comfortable, the most important thing is the place is very quite where you can sleep deeply..
I also want to say thank you for Mr Umair from reception and the very fast service I got

Staying at Vision Imperial Hotel for a night only (Christmas Eve) and it's an acceptable experience.

First of all the hotel's not far from the airport (10-15 mins cab ride) and in fact Dubai International Airport is quite close to downtown. The hotel's in a convenient location which has everything you need: eateries, pharmacies, supermarkets— many of them run 24hrs. This is in an old neighborhood that's why living costs is also relatively lower.

Be fair, the room I stayed in was alright as far as the price is concerned. At least I got basic toiletries, bottled water and speedy internet access. There is also a water cooler in the lobby and the staff are efficient too. In a nutshell, Vision Imperial Hotel is a not bad choice in downtown Dubai only if it’s for a day or 2.

I had a great experience at the swimming pool area of Vision Imperial Hotel. The pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. The ambiance was peaceful, and the cleanliness was impressive.

The staff, especially Rambilas Rai, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. His attentive service added to the overall positive experience.

Additionally, the food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Everything in this hotel is old and dirty! We were tricked by our tour agent to choose this rubbish. Dirty, noisy and old!!! I feel sorry for myself to have been fooled like this. Do Not Come Here unless you don’t respect yourself or your money!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡😡😡😡😡😡

The location is accessible about 5 minutes from Dubai metro.
The following are below standard- and needs to be replace as soon as possible.
-bath towel’s
- Hand towels
-Bath mat
The colour is already dirty white as a signs of too old, stitches coming off .

Housekeeping services is terrible- they left our room open by mistake.
We need to constantly contact them to provide toiletries for 2 persons as they provided us only one.
Above all- this is the first time I encountered this- they do not allow the customer to go without sending their staff to check the room in case you take any of the items in the room. OMG!!

Hotel has a great location. Have been booking this hotel from the time it was an IHG hotel , to Excelsior and now to Vision Imperial .
Sad to say this beautiful property has deteriorated badly,
Lack of maintenance , coacroaches, to unclean breakfast utensils .

I have stayed about 6 times and our last experience seems to be the last. Unless management go on an improvement plan, I will avoid the hotel.

Pity a good hotel with a great location suffers because of lack of investment in the upkeep of a once sought after hotel ,

The hotel is way better than every other hotel as a relaxing point the swimming area which is on the roof gives a feel which makes u speechless 💗 the more u walk in through the more u will be attracted towards as a added benefit the staff is way beyond in caring answering all ur questions and keeping the pool surroundings top clean by looking after us like a family of his own as I recommend to all travellers who visits this place must enjoy and live stress free the time they swim in the best atmosphere 😊

Miserable security manager!

You, as a woman can’t be safe in this hotel!

Incomplete amenities, no toothbrush, no slippers provided. Window curtain is broken.

Bad experience , starting from the bath-tap and shower the water is extremely hot water only , you can't have shower even during the night actually no one knows why
i did report many time to the reception and no one did anything
The room is not like the photos as all , it is too old and have a bad smell
The toilet door looks dirty and the door plug is too rusty

As I have been travelling to different places staying at different hotels I found that this place makes us feel like home the staff is like our own family who cares and takes their presence to a different level with our experience till date vision imperial has shown us the vision of purity and happiness with the feeling of being one by taking care of even the smallest needs what we have I truly suggest who ever travels to dubai must come to this heaven where all your slightest questions will be answered in a manner which is quietly impressive and wonderful

Good room. Good parking. I stayed on 6th floor. Quiet room.
Gym just ok. Nothing great.

Philippino locality. Lots of shops nearby.

I chose this as this was 4 star and it was near to Metro station. I had no complaints. I booked online and it was cheaper. I got a room on the upper floor so there was no such noise from the cafe downstairs.

the location is very good but music sound of hotel club was crazy by 3AM at least at the floor which my room was .also hotel took 30 DHS as tax ! also I have asked expedia Im going to pay hotel fee onsite by cash , but ...!!

It was in city centre, and access every where.

It was very nice. Princess the receptionist was very nice and upgraded me, however now with their new policy of charging for early checking in, I will have search for another hotel that allows early check in.

I arrived early and was accommodated with a smoking room first available. Princess the receptionist apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded me to a nicer roomy room.
