Visiting the zoo and staying at Holiday Express
Pros:

Friendly , helpful, genuinely interested and kind staff from start to finish. Attention to detail , Imran who worked in the restaurant was helpful, considerate and professional, put us at ease, helped with menu options and chatted about our holiday.

At main reception they advised us off a 50% rate for visiting the zoo after 2pm after helping us book in.
The cleaning lady guided us to our room after I took a wrong turn initially.

Velmi nás to mrzí, ale asi úplně poprvé musím napsat nelichotivé hodnocení, ale ubytování pro nás bylo opravdu velkým z
Pros:

Hotel má skvělé umístění kousek od letiště a přímo před ním je autobusová zastávka s dobrým dosahem centra.

Cons:

Omšelé zařízení a poněkud otlučenou koupelnu neodpovídající kategorii ubytování ani běžnému standardu sítě Holiday Inn by bylo možné odpustit, ale vrstvu prachu (navíc coby alergici) jsme opravdu neocenili. Taktéž jsme při příjezdu nedostali na recepci správné informace o jiném čase snídaní o víkendu a díky tomu jsme poslední den přišli o snídani i časový prostor pro jídlo na letišti. Nebyli jsme navíc, jak jsme si všimli, jediní. Na pokoji ani u vstupu do jídelny informace nejsou, byli jsme tak odkázáni jen na info z recepce.

Amazing stay
Pros:

I like the property was right at the zoo and easy to get a taxi to from the train station the staff were very friendly and the kitchen staff were amazing

Cons:

I think the waiting staff need to ask before handing out menus if people have breakfasts and lunches already paid for instead just handing people menus and then the person being charged for the dinners

Mi aspetto - al minimo - maggiore empatia e professionalità dalle strutture Holiday Inn
Pros:

Il servizio del ristorante è pessimo. Passi per la colazione a buffet, ma la cena con prodotti a menu che non rispettano qualità ed aspettative non si può sostenere soprattutto per il prezzo pagato.

Cons:

Per la cena il rapporto qualità/prezzo è improponibile ed esagerato. La pulizia delle camere è stata effettuata solo 2 notti su 4 e solo dietro nostra richiesta e relativa contestazione. Infine c'è stata una contestazione sul costo delle camere pagate come una doppia con letti singoli ed una matrimoniale mentre abbiamo avuto 2 camere con letti singoli. In particolare la reception non ha preso in carico il problema ed abbiamo dovuto risolvere la cosa con l'assistenza Booking (meno male che c'è!).

La habitación buena cama habíamos pedido 2 pero nos resolvieron con 2 duvets.
Peligrosa la puerta de cristal de la ducha

Cons:

El trato del personal en especia del bar solo quería una botella de agua pero fue imposible.
