Couldn't wait to get away as I have had a back surgery 8 weeks ago so l though it would be great to have a litter holiday as l can't fly abroad though my operation as l arrived the entrance looks lovely . I checked in got my room key as l went in the room was very cold the shower curtains was falling down the back was verry dirty I was laid all night freezing l reported it to someone as the desk thay came and said the temperature was not on so see how it goes that night it was freezing 2 children was saying how cold it was never again
As ive explained the entrance was nice to come into but the room was discussing very cold and the staff tried to fix it but it never got fixed very upset

Dat er teveel trappen waren om het hotel te bereiken was het belangrijkste. Er was een bel om hulp te vragen maar die was pas als je al veel trappen gelopen had.

Six sets of steps to get to reception with luggage. No one came to help when we asked. Wasn’t impressed to then see a lot of staff inside the hotel. Can’t be great for people with mobility issues
There was a door directly to the room next door and you could hear everything the other guests were doing/saying.
