Отель превысил все наши ожидания, честно говоря! Нам дали большой тихий номер, с комфортными кроватями, огромным телевизором и работающим кондиционером !!! (и на тепло , и на холод). Правда мы им почти не пользовались. Немного открывали окно и этого было достаточно мне (хотя мне везде душно). Мы спали в тишине и прохладе, это было великолепно!!! Ресторан тоже очень нам понравился: вкусные завтраки с большим выбором блюд, мы даже поужинали в последний вечер: очень вкусно и дешевле!, чем в городе! Расположение отеля удобное. Пусть и не в центре, зато остановка непосредственно рядом с отелем, с автобусами по всем направлениям. Жалко, что мы не успели поплавать в бассейне и сходить в чудесный зоопарк...!Мы опытные путешественники, и отель без нареканий - редкое явление в нашей жизни! Спасибо огромное от всего сердца сотрудникам Holiday Inn! Всем, всем рекомендую этот отель!!
The hotel exceeded all our expectations, to be honest! We were given a large, quiet room with comfortable beds, a huge TV and a working air conditioner!!! (for both heat and cold). However, we hardly used it. We opened the window a little bit and that was enough for me (although it's stuffy everywhere for me and I always worrying that it will be hot). We slept in the silence and coolness, it was great!!! We also liked the restaurant very much: delicious breakfasts with a large selection of dishes, we even had dinner on the last evening: very tasty and cheaper! than in the city! The location of the hotel is convenient. Although not in the center, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, with buses in all directions. It's a pity that we didn't have time to swim in the pool and go to the wonderful zoo...! We are experienced travelers, and a hotel without complaints is a rare occurrence in our lives! Thank you so much from my heart to the staff of the Holiday Inn! I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Spokojna okolica. Wygodne łóżko. Dość dobre śniadanie

Cons:

Hotel ma lata świetności za sobą, wymaga remontu. Zarezerwowałam ten hotel ze względu na basen. Niestety strefa basenowa jest mocno przestarzała. Pod prysznicami odpadająca farba. Po jednorazowej wizycie na basenie nie miałam już ochoty tam więcej pójść

An ok stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Swimming pool and sauna.
Good breakfast
Very good buses tor the city
Comfortable bed and decent sized bath. Plenty hot water. Very close to the zoo as expected. I was expecting animal noises at feeding times but no.

Cons:

The room had poor lighting. The layout of the room with it's twin beds and ensuite bathroom made it a bit awkward to walk around. Getting in and out of the bathroom was awkward as well.
Loud pop music over the bar area during the evening.

Bodenständiges Hotel, ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend mit britischen Spezialitäten.

Cons:

Altes Hotel mit 90er Jahre Charme. Ist okay, Empfang und Restaurant sind modern, Spa Bereich und die Zimmer sieht man das Alter an.

Pros:

Staff were very naturally friendly and welcoming from checking to housekeeping . Had lunch and Manpreet was very knowledgeable of menu and gave us great service, she took the time to chat with us and showed genuine interest in us, lovely lady. The foid was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Bar staff were great too, had a late evening drink and service was quick and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was top quality with lots of choice. Reception smooth check in and check out , during our stay reception ordered us a taxi which arrived on time to take us to our destination. Would definitely recommend hotel and visit again.

Cons:

Disabled toilets perhaps could do with more regular checks.
