Short and close to the airport, would not use for extended stay.
Pros:

Reception, bar and pool areas were modern and clean.

Cons:

Hall carpets to reception from lower level seemed to have huge water stains or something? The room was clean but tiny for a double (glad it was offered though) -they are hard to find. Bathroom had lots of water damage to door, small amounts of mold on ceiling. Body wash and shampoo but no conditioner.

Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas y muy limpio. La zona piscina con spa y jacuzzi excelente. Restaurante con personal muy atento y buena comida.

Jó az elhelyezkedése, könnyen elérhető a város és a reptér is. Tartalmas reggeli.

Staff was very helpful and location was right next to the zoo, great for hopping a bus to center city but having options in and near centre city.

More 2 double bed options would help families, but we did use the two sofa bed options.

Very basic, not worth the money.
Pros:

We had a work event at the Zoo so the location was great. People at reception were nice and helpful. Also there was not problem leaving the suitcases there for the day.

Cons:

The premium room was not like in the photos, it looked exactly the same as the standard room I my colleague had. I paid extra as my partner was staying with me for the night. It was still OK but was not worht the price difference. The shower is very basic, fixed shower on the ceiling not the best. Also the breakfast is pretty bad. For a 4 star hotel having the guests setting up their tables and picking their cuttlery feels very cheap (maybe for a 2 stars one? I put the cuttlery on the table with my food and went for a coffee and when I came back someone had taken away my napkin and my fork (not the knife or spoon though), which felt like I was in a hostel. Also the food wasn´t good.
