Everything the staff where so nice and the housekeeping staff where amazing always making sure we had enough towels and toiletries the staff where also very polite and helpful I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Edinburgh it was a lovely hotel to stay in

Great stay.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for sight seeing, with a bus stop directly outside. which made it easy to explore the city.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the room service was an added bonus after a busy day exploring.
The Staff were helpful friendly and aproachable.
I would definitely book this hotel again.

It was nice a big, and not too many kids. And the bus was right outside the hotel. - the breakfast was ok. Not so many options for vegetarians.

Cons:

The Spa Area wasn’t like in the pictures. - the view to the parking lot made us feel we were on “economic” rate… - the staff was ok, however it was hard to get our questions answered.

Cheap and cheerful.
Pros:

Location was handy. Buses regular. Bathroom didn’t have that nasty smell of an enclosed bathroom

Cons:

Stuff at check in were unprepared and faffing around to find paperwork.
Turning out onto main road is a bit hairy.
Worst bit was 7 separate emails from the hotel after we booked. Annoying.
