Brilliant location & great hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was really nice & great views, pool was a great added extra.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Rooms facing the road might be a little bit noisy; for someone like me with neurasthenia, a room away from the road would be preferable.

Cons:

Food for kids was not good.
I had bought a stay inclusive of food but kids were offered hard chips and fish fingers. Food quality for kids was very poor.

Lovely staff and great location. Lots to do

Cons:

Breakfast cold.
Bacon fatty and pale
Toilet system kept hissing that kept me awake .
People upstairs noisy until early hours of the morning.
Pillows hard and uncomfortable.
Unable to use cash in hotel card only. Was not made aware during booking.
No biscuits snacks with coffee in room .
Toilet had poo stains and urine stains .

Great stay next to the zoo!
Pros:

The location next to the zoo! We could see monkeys from our window. The room was comfy.

Prime location and exceptionally family friendly
Pros:

Location was fantastic for the zoo and the restaurant area and food choice was excellent for families plus the pool was a huge bonus

Pros:

Not far from the centre, good parking good breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated. The spare duvets were not folded ( not sure if clean or not), there was fluff of hair on the carpet and a hair in the bathtub, shampoo bottle was empty.
