The facilities were mostly closed and it was very dated. The room had mould. They charged us 30 euro for a bottle of wine at check out that they left in the room that was assumed to be complementary.

Отель находится напротив острова, где расположен Арагонский замок(главная достопримечательность острова). Доехать до отеля от порта(центра) можно за 10 минут на автобусе 182, 183. Остановка отеля рядом с отелем. У отеля большая прекрасная территория. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Номер просторный, прекрасная терраса с фантастическим видом на море и Арагонский замок. Есть бассейн. Просторная ванная комната. Все очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Отличная звукоизоляция, в номере тихо. Хороший wifi. Отель очень красивый. Хороший завтрак-яйца, сыр, ветчина, мюсли, йогурты, выпечка, отличный кофе, соки. Все понравилось!

"Had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't quite deliver. Despite its potential, the place feels like it's been neglected – no refurbishment in sight, and cleanliness was a bit of a letdown 🙅‍♂️.

Major issue was the shower – spa shower in the room wasn't workin', and it really needed a full refurb. Would've loved some TLC to match the hotel's charm.

If you're lookin' for a budget-friendly stay with some character, might be worth considerin', but don't expect luxury. Hopefully, they'll sort things out soon."

Tolle Fliesen und architektonisch interessantes Gebäude.
Netter Empfang. Hilfsbereit und bemüht! Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und von der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und zum Castell

Cons:

Sprachkenntnisse vieler Bediensteten eher eingeschränkt. Kaum englisch sprechend
Außenpools außer Betrieb (ok Nebensaison- aber keine Hinweise darüber im Netz)
Innen Pool winzig und nicht besonders warm
Hygiene lässt hier sehr zu wünschen übrig ( schwarz gammelig unter der Rutschmatte in der Dusche dort im
Keller)
1 (eine) 230V Steckdose im Zimmer
Sehr viele optische Mängel an Putz und Wänden.
Aufzug ging nicht- oder war extrem langsam. Dann lieber zu Fuß…
Frühstück: ziemlich übersichtliche Auswahl. Absolut nichts besonderes.

Pros:

Wow. Wow. Wow!!! What ana amazing Hotel. It’s like something out of a movie you could only dream about. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to all our needs and went out of her way to mark us feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the property is stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. You really have to see it for yourself to believe it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They accommodate us whenever was possible in the nicest way. I felt we got a luxury experience in a very familiar and confortable environment.

Cons:

The breakfasts is typical Italian with sweet cakes and biscuits. No warm food or veggies were served. Even so, we didn't miss anything.

The rooms were not clean and also noisy due to the partisan door the shower was not fully functional and I also found hair in the shower , also there was humidity everywhere on the calling there was no toilets in the lobby area That meant going up to the room to use the toilet also the bar was limited It was. A very distpointing stay also they wanted me to settle my bill in cash
