Amazing View - disappointing service and hospitality

Cons:

The staff was not welcoming. We were supposedly given an upgrade, but it turned out to be a family room with a connecting door that was too short, meaning you could hear everything from the next room. When we reported this, they reacted very irritably. In the end, we were given a very basic room. The next evening, the room had not been cleaned and we had not received any new towels. When we reported this, they reacted with disbelief and said they would rectify it immediately because this was unacceptable. As it turned out, someone had simply come and put new towels on an unmade bed and left the dirty towels behind. No one ever asked if everything was to our liking, not even upon checking out. Very disappointing, because the hotel has a beautiful view and a nice taxi boat service.

Il servizio non è stato all'altezza di un hotel quattro stelle superior.

Le camere presentano dotazioni e amenities non in linea con la categoria della struttura. Il minibar viene consegnato completamente vuoto, costringendo gli ospiti a contattare ripetutamente il servizio in camera anche per esigenze basilari. Sarebbe inoltre auspicabile adottare soluzioni più sostenibili per ridurre l'utilizzo della plastica monouso.

Durante il weekend la struttura ospitava anche esterni per accesso alla spiaggia; è stato quasi impossibile per gli ospiti dell'hotel trovare un lettino con ombrellone disponibile in spiaggia. Una situazione che ritengo non accettabile per una struttura di questo livello.

Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non rispecchia gli standard che ci si aspetta da un quattro stelle superior.

Perfect relaxation
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing and couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with any questions we had. The hotel has a charming vintage style, but it is very well maintained and full of character. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back many more times. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The property itself is beautiful, I particularly loved the decks down by the sea. However, it was the staff that made the stay unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond in every instance! I would 100% stay here again.

Relax vista castello ischia
Pros:

All arrivo siamo stati accolti con un buon aperitivo fresco che con una giornata così calda è stato graditissimo. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un upgrade con una camera vista mare fantastica. La giornata al mare e tutti servizi che offrono ti fa staccare davvero la spina dalla routine della città.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Solo las vistas que son privilegiadas

Cons:

Todo menos las vistas, da la sensacion que le dieron las estrellas cuando abrió en el 1976 y alli se quedo, nadie ha repasado las estrellas y las instalaciones siguen igual. Es una lastima ya que el lugar esta en un sitio precioso.

Nuestra habitacion no tenia ventanas y parecía de una habitacion de pension.

The best views in town! Hotel with a pool on the water where you can swim in the ocean.
Pros:

Although the hotel was not in town the views and accommodations for the price was worth it. The staff was very helpful and we would come back in the future.

Cons:

It could of been closer to town and or the Port where there are restaurants and more options.
