The car park is located at the rear of the property and is secured via an intercom system. Upper floors accessible by stairs only. There are no designated smoking areas at the property. Guests are charged EUR 150 if they smoke in the rooms. The credit card presented at check-in must be the credit card used to book. Each room has a unique layout and decoration. Séjour très décevant : problèmes à l’arrivée, manque de propreté et sérieux doute sur le professionn

Accueil très problématique à l’arrivée : la réception affirmait qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible malgré une réservation confirmée deux jours auparavant. Il a fallu insister et montrer la preuve de réservation pour qu’ils vérifient. La chambre a finalement été retrouvée, mais sans explication ni excuse.

La propreté de la chambre était également insuffisante : murs sales dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, cheveux et poils sur le lit. L’eau chaude dans la douche a mis environ 30 minutes à arriver.

Le lendemain matin, une personne est entrée dans la chambre alors que la porte était fermée à clé, ce qui est très surprenant et peu rassurant. Lorsque nous avons signalé les différents problèmes à la réception, les explications ont été floues (problèmes de réseau évoqués) et aucune excuse n’a été présentée.

Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et un séjour à 163 €, la prestation est très loin du niveau attendu.

Bon rapport qualité prix, bien situé
Pros:

Propre, confortable et bien situé.
Metro et tramway tout proches, et super boulangerie (Pépin) juste à côté!
Personnel aimable.

Cons:

Isolation acoustique, on entend quand même pas mal le piétinement des voisins,
Le quartier bof bien que proche de l’extra centre (en passant le pont au dessus du Rhône).
