Amazing staff and excellent rooms and services.
Pros:

Myself, daughter and son in law came down to Gillettes Hospital to admit their son (2yr old) for testing that required 1 or 2 nights. I booked a room here it was a mile from hospital and my exsperience was amazing. Joe the hotel manager took out information and got me a room with a smile and professionalism. Not to mention the shuttle service they offer I used 3 times to go be with my grandson and family, the accommodations of that any many other things were awesome. Made our very worries stressful and concerned visit alot easier and smoother to focus on baby. Thank you Joe, Steven and I think her name was May? (Front desk). We will Share our story, exsperience of my stay at your Holiday Inn forsure. Your Hospitality and professionalism is appreciated.
