Pros:

We stayed in the hotel just one night and that was enough to see everything, but if you want to do more activities like rafting, zipline, or horseback riding I would stay for more days. The nature is all around the property, beautiful exotic gardens and lots of animals to spot. You need to try their products for hair that’s coms from their spa, hands down. I wish they had online shop I would be their regular customer.

Pros:

This was a beautiful and very peaceful property. The foliage, vegetation, hummingbirds, and butterflies were extraordinary. Rooms were comfortable and just what you'd expect at an ecolodge. Adventures were top notch. It was enjoyable hiking to the hot springs and waterfalls. We had a blast on the horseback tour and white water tubing adventures.

Very convenient with lots of activities to do. Super safe and clean. Also close to national park and La Leona (by car). Included activities are cool. Tubing is the best everdone anywhere! (Not included but worth it)
A bit lack of intimacy as neighbours are very close and you can ear them talk in their room. Food is good but a bit expensive and no other choice around.

Pros:

A fantastic place to spend a night, we wish we had stayed for two or three to spend more time exploring. The staff are incredibly helpful and there is so much to explore on foot, by bike/horseback, and by car. We had an amazing trip with our kids and hope to come back again soon!

This is one of our favorite stops on our trip when we fly into the Liberia airport! Such friendly people and beautiful grounds and access to waterfalls and a free breakfast! We love this hotel and start every vacation in Costa Rica with it!

Pros:

The hotel was close to many different activities such as hikes to waterfalls, national park, eco adventures, etc. The buffet was very tasty along with the other dinner meals we had. Rooms were a little out dated and the walls were thin, but nonetheless a nice presentation. Pillows were a little thick and the bed was decent.

We enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Guachipellin. It was a great value for the price and had wonderful amenities. We thought the staff was a little inattentive and the restaurant was bland at best. The tours were a blast but a little disorganized. Definitely do the tubing which was super fun.

Amazing resort! It offers many different activities from horseback riding and hiking to waterfalls to hot springs and spa treatments. The environment is like an upscale ranch, rooms are spacious and ofter garden patio area and views of the surrounding forest, with many birds fluttering around. Nice big breakfast buffet, lots of seating and dining options.

The Hacienda is an amazing place to stay for a family vacation. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff are so warm and inviting. Our family particularly loved the pool area, which has lots of seating for relaxation, a mountain view, and a cafe adjacent from it. The room that we stayed in was close to the pool area, which was a very nice convenience. Additionally, the selection of food is also wide and delicious. As vegetarians, we often struggle to find suitable options for our diet, but the staff were accommodating with meeting our needs. A special thank you to Edwin at the cafe and Mendiola and David at the Hacienda restaurant for ensuring that we always enjoyed our food and stay!
