glum place where nothing worked as expected.

Cons:

The bed was so high it was hard to get in and out of. The shower drain came off on my foot. The bed was incomfortable. The toilet did not flush well. At $300.00 this was way over priced. The couch was stained.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND GOOD LOCATION...
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very near our destination. It's away from the downtown casinos.

Cons:

The bathroom area was a little small, for a suite. The breakfast buffet was just OK. Nothing special.

The place was clean and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t flush properly. And the card key was not opening correctly we had to go to the receptionist like 3 times to get new cards. But other then that everything was good.

Comfort & Satisfaction!
Pros:

Genie did an exceptional job making the check-out process smooth. Although it was as early as 4 in the morning, it was fresh breathe of air meeting somebody like Genie to brighten up your day with professionalism and positivity. As for the stay itself, I found it very clean and comfortable, I would 100% come back again. Thank you Genie and team!
