Pros:

Their was an initial problem with our room not being what we had requested when booked. I want to thank Samantha at the front desk for her concern to make things right and changing our room to better fit our situation. She was very helpful and all smiles. The room was more than adequate.

We couldn’t get our TV working and they immediately sent a technician who was friendly and professional and got it fixed. Btw the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Everything was fantastic except for the noise above my room. I was not able to sleep and I was tired for the event that i attended the next morning, however the front desk staff was quick to respond and the noise subsided but did not completely stop. I was placed in a different room the next day courtesy of the front desk staff members.

The room was large, very clean. The soaps, shampoo and conditioner were great. It was not quiet from 12:30 am-4:00. People were walking (loudly) up and down the hall and doors opening and closing. We noticed a laundry shoot across from room. Maybe that is what was happening.

Good location, close to freeways, restaurants and gas stations. Loved and appreciate the covered parking. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good. When I checkedout, I let them know the a/c unit was making a noise, and I was told maintenance would take a look at it.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel. So clean, quite, loved the Hot Tub, breakfast every day was awesome. So happy with the choice we made when coming to Oroville for our family get together. We'll definitely come back. Thank you for helping make our vacation memories.

Best Hotel in Oroville
Pros:

Room and bed was really clean, comfy bed, front desk super nice… and their breakfast was yummy! Definitely will book again when in town again.

Was charged $100 after returning home! Was kept up between 2 and 3 am by noise from drunk people in the hallway!
