1. I paid around **₹16,000** for a **3-night stay**, but the room did not feel like it met 4-star standards. The room looked old, the bathtub and bathroom fittings were outdated, and the overall condition was not well maintained.

2. The bathroom, including the toilet, was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene expectations.

3. I had requested **airport pickup** at the time of booking, but this service was not provided, causing unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival.

Overall, the experience did not justify the amount I paid, and I expected much better service and room quality from a 4-star hotel.

Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were good

Cons:

Front desk staff was clueless. Are checkin I was told dinner was not included when it was. At check out they could not find my payment receipt and I was asked to show proof that I had already paid. Room was not properly cleaned. There was hair on bed and floor and bindis in the bathroom.

Very friendly... good value-for-money... but low-quality gym....
Pros:

(1) The staff: the lady who checked me in, her assistants, the porters, the waiters at the breakfast room... they were ALL extremely friendly....

(2) Value-for-money

(3) Very good Indian buffet breakfast at very reasonable rate

Cons:

(1) The GYM. I think the shoulder press machine was dysfunctional.

There were two treadmills and dumbells but didn't use these.
