Collection O Diamond House Khaosan

J’ai passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel, très bien situé une grande partie de Bangkok peut se faire à pied depuis l’hôtel. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et a toujours été très agréable. Un vrai bonheur de séjourner ici !

La zona es buena porque está cerca de Kao San road sin el ruido. Cuando fuimos no habia agua caliente. La cama dura pero eso es una cuestión de gustos imagino...

We had an amazing holiday staying at the collection! Lynn @ the front desk was amazing And made us feel right at home !!! The owners were onsite and tou can tell they are really involved! Would highly recommend!

10 minute walk from Khaosan Road, nice hotel with friendly front desk staff.

Tyvärr blev vi ganska besvikna. Rummet va ganska sunkigt, extremt hårda sängar och badrummet var inte rent. Det fanns ingen tv i rummen, och acn på första rummet vi hade funkade inte. Dock så var personalen väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma när vi behövde stanna en extra natt pga sjukdom och vi kunde betala för ett ”bättre” rum.

property did not provide a tv in my room as listed in the rooms discripetion and had torn bed sheets

Central hotel, near the famous Khao San road. A little bit tricky to get to if you’re travelling by car/taxi as there was no designated drop off/pick up point. Staff were lovely. Room and, overall, the property was stylish. It has the basic amenities for a one night stay.

Impossible de dormir sans boule quies et encore... C'est aussi la première fois qu'un employer fouille mes affaires dans mon dos et fait comme si de rien après s'être fait prendre la main dans le sac ( de livres ! ).

Great location! Easy to walk to many landmarks and lots of good food around. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected when I checked in, but I told you staff and they remedied this right away! Unfortunately, the hot tub on the roof did not look like it had been cleaned or used in a long time, which was disappointing, but overall it was good value for solo traveler.

It was close to everything restaurants shopping areas and not to to far from down town

The only thing that was good was the price, and 5min walk to Khaosan Road.
Staff had Poor english, almost not even simple hotellexpressions.
The AC, was broken in our room. So we got a downgrade in roomtype. From Superior to Standard and not even a compensation. Not even cheaper price. We payed for superiorprice.
The AC in new room was only on or off, so we had to shut it down the not freeze.
Almost all hotels AC's was direct outside our room and sounded all night. Bed was poor. We could feel the hard bottom of bedframe.
Bad condition in bathroom, and the red towels had blechstains and edges was ripped.
And did not get a recipt, even that we specially asked for it when checking out. They didn't understand what we mean.

The picture on Hotels.com look way more better then the real condition.

Nice place, really uncomfortable bed.

Plus for Nice location but the rest was not What i expect. No cleaning in 4 nights even i asked for it several times. Really hard beds and the room is not the size Hotels.com tell. The jacuzzi on the top had just cold water and was not changed. Had no Tv , and was only cold water in the shower. Will not change This room for next holiday in Khao San

Great location, tub on roof doesnt work. But rooftop is sweet, standard room have no window just so You know...

Ok stay unfortunate that air con units were right o ru side my window and very noisy, apart from that a good stay and in a great area for things around,

Stay was ok nice area with things close enough, no lift for first 3 floors basic room but works for what we needed, will return the end of our trip
