It was an excellent stay at the Hilton VC Polo Towers Las Vegas! The Location was ideal, staff friendly and helpful and accommodations were perfect for 2 couples who wanted to explore the LV Strip! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Location of hotel near, but not on the strip is a plus. Room was basic, but adequate. Lobby clean, staff wonderful. Fast elevators, good valet parking attendants.
Need a full length mirror in the room! We had an issue with servicing our room - we scheduled it in the middle of our stay, left for the day, and when we returned at 4:30, it had not been done. Had to request additional linens and service the following day as staff had left for the day. Very disappointed in that. Desk agent, Latrece (? I think), was very personable, kind and helpful. She gave us a small gift certificate for our inconvenience, which was nice. Disappointed that the pool was not open too.
My husband and I came for a 4 night stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and the bed/linens are great!
Staff is friendly and accommodating. They touch base via text to check in with you.
Anything we requested was sent to the room in short order.
Everything was very very nice the staff was very attentive sending text messages to see if there was anything that we needed anything that they could help us with. The only thing we didn't like was the coffee so we bought our own but they provided Coffee-Mate,sweeteners .the suite of course provided coffee maker, dishes silverware, and other kitchen items. Bed was comfortable lots of big pillows, two TVs
Just before our trip was up they started decorating for Valentine's Day with blow up kissing booth candy conversation hearts and a big love sign was really cute
Not that far from the strip location
The room is small and only has a sofa bed. Also, the kitchen and bathroom sinks are really clogged, which is not so good.
Rooms are amazing. Staff are amazing. Valet parking amazing. Value is very good deal. The hotel smells very fresh. The rooms are very clean. Overall, everything is amazing .
Wonderful very clean . Staff is very nice friendly .The rooms are very well kept . I would stay here again. So close to everything returns and stores.
