La ubicación.

Cons:

Nunca funcionó la calefacción, por el costo de la habitación, lo menos que podía hacer era cambiarnos de lugar, hacer un reembolso, ofrecer una disculpa. Pero no pudieron solucionarlo.

El desayuno muy bueno y variado.

Cons:

Nos dieron el peor cuarto de todo el hotel, la habitación 399 que está en la planta alta y al final de un corredor muy largo. El hotel no estaba ocupado como para que tuvieran que mandarnos a esa habitación tan remota. Pagamos tarifa completa con desayunos incluidos y no entiendo porque nos mandaron hasta esa habitación. En fin muy inconforme.

La ubicación. Además de ser muy cómodo.

Cons:

Desgraciadamente no pregunte antes de reservar, pero el hotel no cuenta con elevador, solo son 2 pisos, pero estoy en recuperación de una cirugía y aún no podía subir escaleras. Pero el lugar esta genial.
