Extremely disappointing
Pros:

Very disappointing experience.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, and the Booking offer clearly stated that both children stay free of charge. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay an additional €25 for each child (€50 total), plus €20 for parking. This completely changed the actual price of the stay.

I find it unacceptable to present the offer one way online and then charge something different at reception. Because of this, we refused to stay and left the hotel.

I do not recommend this place to families who want clear and transparent pricing from the start.

Das Familienzimmer war einfach grossartig,sehr geräumig,gross und schön eingerichtet.Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr grosszügig und lecker.Das Personal am Buffett war lieb.

Cons:

Leider war die Dame am Empfang(Rezeption) bei der Ankunft ruppig.Dies war nicht so toll.

Nice hotel for a night or two, but for excellence, staff needs to be more active, room interior needs to more modern
Pros:

- good bed
- great room, lots of space
- tram in good reach
- calm during the week (might be different during weekends, though)

Cons:

- room interior bit rusty
- location close to red light district
- staff handed wrong room card in the beginning
- invoice needed to be requested, envelope needed to be asked, too. In short: motivation okay

Lovely stay in Nuremberg thanks!
Pros:

Nice place, convenient location to explore the city, friendly and efficient staff and very clean in the rooms and communal areas. Bar for a drink before bed and a little cafe in case you want a small snack rather than a full breakfast in the morning.

Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück. Sehr nettes Service-Personal;
Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentrumsnah, jedoch ist das Umfeld nicht das Beste, aber tolerabel, da man schnell weg ist.
