Goed hotel met kleine verbeterpuntjes
Pros:

Comfortabele bedden
Grote parking aan het hotel

De ligging is zeer goed tov Ontario luchthaven.
We konden na een hele lange reis snel ons bed in.
Als je dan LA wilt bezoeken is het wel een goed uur rijden.
Heel vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant bij het ontbijt. We hebben er savonds niet gegeten.

Cons:

Het inchecken.. we hadden ontbijt inbegrepen maar ze waren de vouchers vergeten mee te geven waardoor we smorgens terug naar de balie moesten om daar alles te laten regelen voor het ontbijt.
We denken ook dat er teveel van de creditcard gecharged is. De factuur komt niet overeen met wat er van de creditcard is afgegaan.
We kregen ook geen uitleg van hoe we op de kamer moesten geraken. We kregen enkel een sleutel zonder uitleg.

We vonden het bizar dat de poetsdienst niet was langsgeweest bij 2nachten verblijf.
Dit kan de policy zijn, dat hebben we niet nagevraagd.

Pros:

Very good, especially the fresh fruit!

Cons:

The airport to hotel shuttle was a terrible experience. There was no phone number listed to call for a shuttle. When I finally called the hotel reservation number I was told I had to download an app, request a ride, and someone would pick me up. I had already spent 1.5 hours dealing with this!
