I liked the facility, and would return again. I believe management will address my minor complaints. It was a good stay,
Pros:

Cleanliness and the warm inside pool and jacuzzi. They changed the towels out daily and replaced with fresh one.Front desk personnel was friendly and accommodating as I needed help with my bags to and from room.

Cons:

The property was fine. I didn’t like that the house keeping staff, did not add extra cups to replace the ones used. When I called twice to request more, no one came. I heard later they had a large conference and were very busy. Also dropped popcorn on floor and picked up most and requested vacuuming. Two days, no one came to vacuum.

Amazing and affordable
Pros:

The indoor pool, the room was nice and clean comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room service was great.

Next time I come to Panama City, that’s the hotel I will be trying to book again.
Pros:

I wasn’t able to make it to the breakfast. My daughter did and she said it was good.

Cons:

It wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel.

Everything was PERFECT!!
Pros:

My wife and I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because we checked out around 5 am. But we truly enjoyed the location because everything we wanted to do were near the hotel. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room.

Cons:

We can't think of anything that we didn't like about our stay.

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

The staff was great. The pool was good for the kids and our kids were there for a wrestling tournament so they were able to workout in the gym that was accommodating. Breakfast was ok but way over priced we have had better free breakfast at other hotels.

Cons:

The rooms are kinda musty. We had 5 rooms and all the same. They seemed like they were all damp and never dried out
