We loved our stay ... I had the opportunity to bring both my wife and dog (Fiona) on this trip. We all felt pampered. The GARDENS are so beautiful and we met the gardeners Cathy - so passionate about what she and her gardening team do!

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are always beautiful, and the staff is very friendly.
Booking was a nightmare, seems as if the team was not communicating well with each other. I received 4 separate calls to book my group, even though we were already booked. Steam shower not working, locker wasn’t working so they had to assign me a new one. Not all tranquility room amenities were available. Had to share a massage room with my friend because they didn’t have enough rooms even though we booked months in advance. Price was very high for a mediocre massage and mediocre spa amenities.

The grounds and the facility look impeccable and provided an overall great retreat location. Grounds, rooms and pool area were all very clean.
The guest experience, however, was disappointing. By no means did we feel like the cost matched the value, even at an event rate. I hope the feedback helps improve the guest experiences of others in the future.
The main issue was that we did not get any sleep. I'm not sure if this was due to the type of room (maybe the AC layout is different in other rooms) since we got an ADA room (room 60) without needing that. To get the room to a reasonable temperature the AC kicked in every 15-20 minutes and blasted directly on the bed closest to the bathroom. So many times we woke up due to either cold blast or being too hot.
When booking make sure to be on the second floor as sounds from the rooms above you travel down loudly. The textured floor and open shower - likely necessary for the ADA room we not very convenient for bare feet. Despite having a shower curtain, water moves from the shower all the way across the floor to the toilet.
While touted for having an amazing restaurant, the catered food at the event was very disappointing. I imagine this is sourced from somewhere else? I could they were trying, but the food (mainly any bread products - buns, tortillas, pita bread etc - served at lunch, dinner and breakfast) was stale. The selection of food offered was a bit odd and generally not very filling. The soup served at lunch and salad were fine though. Dinner had a very odd variety and the salmon nor chicken were good at all. The starters/meat and cheese were fine but quickly ran out because that seemed to be the fall-back for most. The vegetable soup in contrast with the lunch soup also was not good - just watery. Breakfast was most disappointing. While the fruit salad, juice and coffee were perfect, the main breakfast item- cheese/ham croissant was just bad. It strongly reminded me of what you get served on an air plane.
Lastly, a minor inconvenience was that there were no towels most of Saturday afternoon at the pool. I ended up using a small hand towel from the gym.
Property was beautifully landscaped. It was great seeing the parrots and other beautiful birds. Both eateries were very nice as well.
We had dinner & coffee & pastries at both.
I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about the property.
What a wonderful place to get away from it all! The environment feels so separate from the surrounding area, very tranquil and engulfed in nature with the large trees and beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. We have stayed here may times and hope to be back again in the furure!

Кондиционер очень громкий и недостаточно охлаждает комнату наверху.
Beautiful property with onsite restaurant, cafe and tasting room. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, the entire stay was memorable!
