Best Western Plus Safford

Thevproperty was great. However, I had to request shampoo, conditioner, etc. No in the room and they ran out of most of the breakfast items an hour before breakfast ended. And there was noone there or at the front desk to ask for more. And I only saw someone at the front desk twice the entire time I was there.

They gave the room away and voided my reservation after my employee had already checked in. Then called him back to office and made him pay for the room because of their error.

The room was updated including new towels and sheets. The hallways were warm, but the rooms were cold. The room could be a tad cleaner, but was decent. Quiet, considering it was occupied by a lot of the miners that work nearby as they all get up a lot earlier than I did. Was only there 1 night for a work trip so it was ok. I would stay here again if the price went down. Definitely wasn't worth $166 a night.

Our original room’s ac wasn’t working. Staff was amazing at accommodating us and getting us to a similar room in the same location.

Quick check in, nice room

This place was great! I was just wondering if i get money back because they gave me a room that was not the one i picked. I was in town early and asked if a room was ready and I stated i could wait and i was just driving by to check.

I’ve stayed here 3 times. It’s always been clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s been forever since I’ve encountered ALL staff members to be friendly and helpful. It’s clean, rooms are spacious. Pillows need more variety in sizes/thickness. Bed mattress runs slightly firm BUT not uncomfortably hard, I like softer beds but slept well. Was disappointing that their coffee/hot chocolate machine was out of order, especially for a weekend because they didn’t have refills for them. Also, we could hear the person above us getting ready at 4am ugh but with the AC, it acts like white noise so one night I didn’t even hear him.
The breakfast was good, when something ran out, I told the lady and she was super quick to make it/bring it out. They offer cereal, oatmeal packets, breads, waffles (they are not the best), fresh eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and yogurt. On Saturday they also had potatoes. They have a refillable water station. We will be staying here again next time we come back.

Very nice hotel, great staff. Pool area was nice enough. Breakfast was not very good. Better than nothing, but "cheese omelets" looked and tasted like fake eggs and were luke warm.Hash browns and potatoes both days were under cooked, luke warm and soggy. But overall, a good place to stay for the price. If you want an actual good breakfast , go out to eat.

Staff was excellent!

The motel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The pool area looked as if it had not been cleaned in a few days . The bed was comfortable , the pillows were very hard. Overall it was a good stay, but definitely not worth the $200 nightly rate. It was the first time we stayed at a Best western Plus.

From the purchase, check in to check out was a very smooth process.
