Never again
Pros:

Old, dated, ripped wallpaper, my door looks like it was broken into. And the air conditioner sounds like a helicopter in my room. Hilton you have failed on this one.

Pathetic.
Pros:

Literally the WORST HOTEL VISIT EVER!!! They gave us the wrong room claiming I booked what I got. Told me I could have the room switched the next day but been I went to switch it they told me no. The next night the alarm went off because the hotel was flooding. There was a waterfall coming from the ceilings the walls floor covered in water. We had to wait outside for about an hour in the cold.the next morning I went to get my complimentary breakfast but due to the floor they didn’t have breakfast instead told me I could get something from the little food area but they had nothing but frozen macaroni dinners popcorn nd drinks. After that disappointment I tried to go swimming but the pool was closed and that was going to be how I got my money with during this overly crap stay but nope couldn’t even do that then the water was shut off so no showers no flushing toilets. We checked out at 10 instead of 12 I was so upset and still am. They ruined a perfect birthday weekend. We will NOT be returning and I will steer people clear of staying there.

It was pretty much a disaster of a stay. Got the room to swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub and actually get SOME sl

The location was perfect for the athletic events my child had this week.

Cons:

In there control: hot tub unfilled, and pool was nasty will bugs floats.
Out of their control: water pipe burst at 4:30 in the morning setting of fire alarms then went off every so often through the morning to no sleep. Then the 4th floor had a burnt smell.

If i wasn’t with the live of my life, I would have hated it!

The location of the hotel.

Cons:

We lost electric for multiple hours. We also went to the pool where there were no clean towels because all the used ones were thrown all around and in the pool. There were also chips and fruit snacks all over the ground. We also checked in and were inquiring about the pool and no one told us the hot tub was drained and closed down.

Pros:

Staff was nice. Food was delicious in their restaurant. Convenient to access Hillcrest Hospital Had queen beds

Would stay here again if they got rid of the mold around the tub
Pros:

Bed was comfy! Breakfast was awesome. I highly recommend the 3 egg omelette

Moldy shower. Curved shower curtain rod in a straight tub equals water on the floor. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed even with a magnet
