Pros:

Location but not parking, had to walk to far to park.

Cons:

Toilets are way too low, need to upgrade those. Shower grab bar isn't placed in the right area and the tub was not draining properly as you take a shower.

Ur kitchen staff, she was very aggressive with her attitude in which it should have been directed towards her coworker. The desk clerk was very polite on taking my complaint.

Staff was friendly. Near food places. Clean environment. The kitchen staff was really friendly . I can't remember the beautiful host name for the dining area, but she was awesome!!

Hotel was clean and I felt very safe.
Cons:

There was only one luggage trolley. Upon leaving i had to take several trips back and forward to my car to take my belongings. I could have taken them in one trip if a trolley was available.
