We had an excellent experience staying at Novotel hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone. the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Every request was handled promptly, and their friendly attitude really added to the overall comfort of the stay the staff ayyppan, amor, Jun and Adil giving good customer service.The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and organized throughout my stay. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made the room feel both functional and cozy.

One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its prime location. It is perfectly situated close to major attractions, shopping areas specially deira city center and day to day, restaurants, and public transportation, making it incredibly easy to explore the city without any hassle. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the convenience of this location is hard to beat.

Overall, this hotel delivers a wonderful combination of comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with excellent food, a perfect location, and very friendly staff who always greeted us warmly with lovely smiles, making the stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable from start to finish some staff were very helpful like jun, ayyppan amor and adil. Rooms were tidy and clean. Food very nice 👍. Highly recommended

Unforgettable stay at novotel creek side!!!
I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests specially concierge team ayyppan, jun, sdil and amor. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it very easy to get transportation to different places. Public transport, taxis, and other options were easily accessible, which made traveling around the area very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the location, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at novotel creek side hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with very easy access to transportation. The metro station is just minutes away, and reaching the city center or airport is quick and convenient.
The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional some staff name i want to mention ayyppan, amor, adil and jun always ready to help, especially with recommendations for great shopping places.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, and the lobby was calm, elegant, and very welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-class service.

The location is perfect ,the hotel is near by so many things, shopping malls that are affordable , restaurants . The atmosphere is so nice to stay very calm. And the rooms are clean ,well arranged. And the price is worth it the service

I had a really good and comfortable stay at Novotel creekside side hotel.
The room was tidy, clean, and well maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. One of the best parts was the creek view from my room it was very nice and relaxing, especially in the mornings and evenings.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here. The combination of excellent staff service, cleanliness, and a beautiful view made my stay memorable. From help desk Jun, Adil, Ayyappan, amor, sudip always willing to help appreciate there work. Iwould definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The location is prime, with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help.

The concierge team was especially helpful, going above and beyond to assist with requests and make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to give special recognition to Security Ms. Jun, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel safe and well taken care of at all times.

Great family stopover option on our trip from New Zealand to UK- staff so friendly and welcoming. Jun and Ayyppan Adil came to our rescue when our transfer to the airport we booked ourselves noshow- nothing was too much trouble and welcome us as a family with two small children- close to airport and metro to get around.

The hotel' s location is great. You have great restaurants, shopping malls and other amenities nearby. The hotel in itself is amazing with great buffett breakfast and courteous staff. I mostly spoke with Jun who was there at the reception. She is very welcoming and always there to help. The room is good with a queen size bed. I just didn't like the pillow that much but it seems more of a personal preference. The bathrooms are clean and have basic toilettries available at request. The pool is also good with heating. Great hotel if you want your nights to be peaceful.

I have to highlight two people who made my stay truly memorable: Ayyappan and Junkerr from the front office. Their approach to guests stood out. They carried themselves with confidence, patience, and genuine kindness. Whether answering questions or assisting with small requests, they made everything feel simple. Their attitude lifted the whole experience and added a personal touch that is hard to find.

As a tourist, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and looked after in a natural and friendly way. The hotel has a great location, strong service, and a team that knows how to treat guests with care.
