Absolutely wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit.The staff truly stood out — they were friendly, professional, and always willing for help specially big thanks to ms. jun and adil , the service was smooth and welcoming.

The location was perfect, conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the area without hassle.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel creek side hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well-stocked.
The pool area was one of our favorite spots. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Life guard always alert their work and they were very friendly....
The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and every meal we tried was delicious and beautifully presented.

The location is ideal — conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Just across the city center and few minutes far airport..

Most importantly, the staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile specially from concerige team Mr. Ayyppan, jun, adil they were giving best customer service and from front office Ms. Jyoti was excellent 👌.Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made our stay special.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I would like to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff name was ms. Jun and adil. The helpdesk team was polite, efficient, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests especially Mr. Ayyppan and Amor..Their friendly attitude made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest throughout my stay.
The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, ensuring everything was tidy and properly arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day. All the facilities in the room were in perfect working condition, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
The food was another highlight of my stay. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The quality and taste exceeded my expectations. I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests specially concierge team ayyppan, jun, sdil and amor. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it very easy to get transportation to different places. Public transport, taxis, and other options were easily accessible, which made traveling around the area very convenient. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at novotel creek side hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with very easy access to transportation. The metro station is just minutes away, and reaching the city center or airport is quick and convenient.
The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional some staff name i want to mention ayyppan, amor, adil and jun always ready to help, especially with recommendations for great shopping places.

The location is perfect ,the hotel is near by so many things, shopping malls that are affordable , restaurants . The atmosphere is so nice to stay very calm. And the rooms are clean ,well arranged. And the price is worth it the service

The room was tidy, clean, and well maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. One of the best parts was the creek view from my room it was very nice and relaxing, especially in the mornings and evenings.
