Air didn't work

The rooms were nasty, they let people loiter badly and the staff is downright rude ass people!!! I wont ever go there again

Perfect for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price you can’t beat it. The area is a bit “ran down” but safe. Lots of high end shopping nearby on Hillcrest and surround area. Overall great stay and affordable.

It was not the best

It had a mildew smell but was pretty clean and it was quiet

Vanity light shade was missing; water was turned off to the toilet tank; bathroom door didn’t close; coffee pot was broken; pillow case was soiled; holes in wall were stuffed with toilet paper; shower was broken; shower rod missing; mold in the bathroom.

My family booked 2 rooms, took 30~40 minutes to check in due to technical issues. Both rooms smelled of either mildew and/or smoke.

In one of the rooms, the bathroom had no toilet paper and no backups. We had to go to the front desk to request more. No tissues either. Just one or two full size towels, and two hand towels. One of the hand towels had a grass bur (?) on it for some reason, which poked me after I washed and dried my hands.

Most everything is out of order. The ice machine, washer and dryer, vending machines, were all out of order.

My family went to grab complimentary breakfast in the morning at 9 am. There was maybe 2 or 3 biscuits and sausage, no coffee, no juice (They were out of order as well.) There is a waffle maker, although the waffle mix was empty. We gave the empty mix to one of the staff, expecting they would refill it, but they just took it to the back and never came back.

The area is safe and it was an okay place to sleep the night, but that’s about it.

Overall would not recommend, just spend the extra few $$ and book a nicer hotel nearby.

Unsatisfied the smell was of old mildew the showercurtains black mold all over them no iron the refrigerator need cleaning

Very disappointed would not recommend. All convenience machines. Ie washer dryer ice machine and soda all out of order. Hokes in room were stuffed with toilet tissue. Iron and ironing board were missing. Odor was also bad.

For two people and a two day stay we only had two towels and two face cloths no shampoo in the shower dispenser no batteries in TV remote control only enough toilet paper for one use the mattress was completely worn out I thought I was going to hit the floor when I sat on it ice maker was broken when I went for my hot breakfast the coffee maker and juice machine was broken wasn’t impressed at all with the hot breakfast would have done better by walking to McDonald’s would not recommend this place

I will never stay there again. Check in was great the 1st time. We were sent to a dirty room. Housekeeping hadn't been in there. After what seem forever they put us in another room. Beds were made but the room was still extremely filthy! Nothing was wiped down. Pubic hair & other trash in the bathroom. Soda or a brown liquid sprayed all over the bathroom door and wall. Absolutely sad. The property itself was really nice. The staff was pleasant. Why would it be so completely nasty. Oh & the bug that was in our still damp bedding. Without a doubt unacceptable!!! Do better people!!!

I like the night check In lady she was very nice. Our first room was dirty beds were unmade and we went back to the office she quickly moved us. The second room someone had removed the bathroom vent and the bedding wasn't very clean looking. We were to tired to return to the office. We just stripped everything off and slept with pillows and blankets we had in the car. The morning clerk was not friendly at all during breakfast which was not very good. No fruit or yogurt

The management is crooked in this property stay. this property.
They say I stole a towel and tried to charge my credit card for. $15
I was there for work.
When I called them first, they didn’t wanna answer the phone and then I called Choice and after that they say they will refund the $15

Sink clogged, dirty bathroom, smell of mold in the room. Never stop there again. You guys need better maintenance service for this amount of money.
