We stayed at this location 5/24-5/26 and again 7/31-8/2 to drop off & pick up our daughter for a summer internship. Very clean, fantastic breakfast and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Upon check-in on our last trip, the Hampton Inn system was down and having to check-in guests manually but Amiya and Akayla were on point and very calm and professional through the entire process. They went out of their way to make things ran as smoothly as possible and still have a smile on their face! We thank them both for their excellent customer service! Very accomodating hotel and great location close to restaurants and groceries!
Right next to Walmart and Denny’s and very convent
Rooms sucked
The lobby was inviting and the staff very friendly. The dining area was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was good. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. Otherwise everything was fine.
Cleanliness
Nothing
This property exceeded my expectations. I have been to many hotels and this ranked among the top 10 for cleanliness. The grounds, hotel interior and rooms were spotless. Everything in the room was perfectly folded and linens on the bed tight and crisp. It was an immaculate hotel overall. Impressive. Their housekeeping staff deserve raises or at least a bonus. You can absolutely tell their housekeeping staff care about the work they do.
The front desk staff were courteous enough. But would have liked for them to greet people coming in as well as greet guests with a smile and kind welcome. There was nothing wrong per se with how they did their job. Just would have liked to have witnessed more of a desire to be there and more of a pleasant response toward guests. This is not a negative whatsoever. Simply an area for a small improvement. Otherwise, absolutely nothing else to critique with this property.
Pool and spa were clean. Overall property was nice and well located. Elevators were quiet. Parking lot renovations were fairly well organized. Breakfast and most front desk staff were typically wonderful!!!
At 4:30 am, we were woken by the sound of dripping water. We found water leaking through the bathroom ceiling. I called the front desk to report that water was coming through the light fixture itself, and was told that there was nothing that could be done until maintenance arrived, and they would call when that happened. A follow up call at 8am was made because water and electricity don’t mix well. Maintenance did call a short while later and found that the room above had an overflowing tub. Maintenance agreed that we would need a different room. I appreciate his concern, unlike the lack of regard by the gentleman at the front desk. However, we were advised that there would be no options available until later in the day after housekeeping had completed their tasks. I find it difficult to believe that the site was at 100% occupancy at the time, especially since no one looked. We were just told it was so. After this experience, we began to notice water damage in other places, such as the walls adjacent to the elevators on the second floor. I am genuinely concerned that once the leaking stops in the original room, nothing further will be done, leading to mold. The room we were relocated to was not bad, although the mini fridge was rather warm and had no way to adjust the temp. The toilet was also not secured properly to the floor bolts and rocked. We were originally put in room 219, then moved to 215.
It was clean
Everything is good
Location
It was too noisy.
Teenagers were running around all night in the hall making LOUD noises and knocking on our door all night!
Called the front desk and nothing was done!
The rooms were very clean and beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our brief a stay. We were traveling so we didn’t get to utilize all the amenities. We did take the kids to the pool early before check out. I highly recommend this hotel!
Better than most other class hotels
YOU HAVE A COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM,,, IT DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY !
VERY SLIPPERY BATHTUB.
Location was perfect and close to our daughter’s housing as we were dropping off her vehicle for her summer internship. We appreciate that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport on the day we had to depart. The breakfast was fantastic!
