Comfort Suites Alamo-River walk

Room wasn’t clean . Bedding looks like it wasn’t washed. Shower was dirty. Wallpaper was peeling and the room smell bad, like smoke.

i was there for 10 minutes before canceling my reservation. room was dirty, with mold in the restroom, broken cabinets. carpet to the restroom was ripped and coming up.

First room I got was not clean at all and reeked of smoke then the guy at the counter put me in a different room it was better but. The floors were very dirty like chips crunched on the ground and also a finger nail. Also it is not posted but they charge a butt load for you to park at the hotel even with you staying so that would have been nice to know ahead of time. So for 5nignts almost costing 900 I would say it was a waste of money for sure. Better off vrbo for that price that would have been wayyy cleaner and nicer. Plus the pictures need to be updated because not at all what it looks like maybe 20 years ago. Then eating breakfast half the chairs are so sunk in you almost fall through. Hate to write all this just so much happened like also I went to ask for more towels as It was me my husband and out 3 kids and he told me at the desk ugh dont have any then I was like um what am I supposed to do then he walked off came back with some towels that were not folded so didnt trust to use them because idk where he pulled them from and they smelt mildewy so no just terrible honestly I wish I could have gotten money back if not all but unfortunately we went for vacation and dont know the area so stayed because all our funds were tied up with this and trying to do something nice for our kids. So save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

They only had one elevator working and the pool water was cold even though it was 100 degrees outside. There was also one house keeper that was very rude to me on the elevator.

Pool/ pool area was dirty, fitness room was tiny

The rooms could have been cleaner. At first looks everything seemed clean but then I found trash from past guest under bed as well as room carpet felt absolutely disgusting. Bed comforter and sheets could have been more soft.

The rooms are beyond outdated. Wallpaper is peeling from the walls, dim lighting. One elevator working, they literally had a leak dripping from the ceiling in a 10 gallon bucket the four days we were there. I guess you get what you pay for.

The couch was broken in the room.

La ubicación. A pesar de su proximidad con el Dawn Town, sus alrededores luce inseguro para caminar.
El internet y tv. No tenía acceso a internet inalámbrico de buena calidad, y la tv no es smart. Cuando uno viaja con niños estas cosas son importantes para su entretenimiento y, ademas, para quien viaja por trabajo necesita de buena conexión a internet.
Otra cosa, la cortina de la habitación era transparente; no tenía doble cortina como suele ser. La iluminación de los faroles de afuera entra a la habitación, lo mismo en la mañana, sobre la 6 am la luz del sol penetraba en la habitación.

After checking in went to the room 311 mold on the ceiling ,piss on the toilet, everything inthe room is dusty and dirty! Stained carpet and couch! Broken lamp in-between the beds.The whole hotel had to use 1 elevator. Trash piled up by the elevator for 2 days. 3 floors ice machine is broken! Pool was cloudy and dirty...I can go on and on! This place needs someone who cares about people stay and vacations

I didn't like that the staff profiled me and my family about being there and when confronted in the front with reception the staff member played victim.
