breakfast was absolutely phenomenal.
The room was very spacious and well upkept.
the distance to all the amenities was perfect.
there wasnt any issues
Price of room affordable, room accommodations very good, & parking close to entrance.
Only the time they took to have my room ready, since I was a little early to check in.
I feel like it was advertised to be on the river walk, loosely, that we wouldnt have a 1/2 mi walk just to get to the riverwalk. We turned our refrigerator down before we left to go get lunch, knowing we would bring back leftovers. Went to eat dinner about 7 hours later and came back to put those leftovers in the fridge, only to discover the fridge was no longer cooling and we had some expensive leftovers that were most likely not safe to eat.
Read above.
The receptionist was extremely sweet and professional!
The room was a really good size. We paid for the breakfast option and there was a large selection.
El almuerzo se acababa muy rápido y tardaban para poner más ya no es como cuando estaba la sra Giorgia,,,,,
I liked the location, the staff, and the food. Although it was a bit old and needed some maintenance, and every touch on the wallpaper in the foyer. It was still okay on the eyes.
I didn’t like seeing the multiple water damage in the foyer and other parts of the hotel.
The price for the location. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was extremely nice. All staff was nice and helpful.

Close to downtown.
The room was very outdated. There was no safe box in our room for our valuables. The wall paper from the bedroom was peeling off. The room was too dark even with all the lamps on. The sofa bed was very old and terrible to sleep on, the springs of the mattress were so uncomfortable and painful to sleep. So it wasn’t used and we had to squeeze in the two beds. The sink in the bathroom would drain very slow. One of the two light fixtures in the bathroom mirror would not turn on. The mini fridge had the freezer frozen with a ball of ice around it. The room had a musty smell. Only one of the two elevators worked. This hotel ruined our vacation.
It was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel its self was amazing and the staff was usually helpful and nice. The bathrooms in the room were nice but hard to bathe kids with no tub stopper. But very clean throught the hotel. I wish it were closer to the riverwalk like the name leads to. Yes we could have walked but 10 mins walking with 4 little ones under 7 would have been very tough at night.
We weren't told about the extra parking fee ($15). When I told them we have a pet with us, they acted suprise since our booking didn't mention it but we specifically looked for pet friendly hotels. Its also not right on the river walk like the name leads to. When we checked out we were also surprised at the $75 but with taxes almost 90 dollars for our pet fee. When checking it we were told one price and then it was $130. I swear the screen said parking fee and pet fee, both saying 15. If we knew it would be almost 300 for a night we would have kept driving, we felt we were kinds lied too. Also parking on the riverwalk is $24 an hour which was fine but all a shock like what???
Breakfast was good!
The bed was really hard and the couch sunk in
The room wasn’t clean at all.. ever had left over food in the fridge. The ladies in charge of breakfast did a great job but made us feel uncomfortable with how they would come out and stare us down while getting food. It’s like non of the workers besides reception know how to smile and say hello
Nice place
