Dirty, stinky room, rude staff

The room was in really bad shape. Staff wasn't friendly. When we got to the room we noticed scratches in the furniture, the room did not smell clean, furniture that held the coffee machine in the room was falling apart. Wallpaper was falling off the walls and being held up by staples. We were also not aware of a parking fee, the parking we had to pay for also wasn't even in the hotel parking spaces it was across from the hotel. We couldn't even shower because there was makeup on the towels that clearly were not cleaned to hotel standards.We were going to extend our stay but after seeing all that we barely wanted to stay there that night. We got out of there and went to a far superior hotel the next day!

Cons:

That it smelled like someone threw up in the hallways by the elevator. There was no shower curtain on the shower and when I asked for one at the front desk they said they didn't know if they had one.

Muy sucio en el area de la psina, entrada, no tenia canecas de basura suficientes. Me cobraron adicional por parqueadero, que si lo ubieran incluido en el precio de la reservacion no ubiera prefer idols otro hotel

Terrible! Got locked out of our room and one attendant just walked in because another guest said they had the wrong room

It had beds for us to sleep in

Cons:

The smell was awful and I don’t think they have the 5th floor open at all. Only one elevator worked and water was dripping from the ceiling by the pool entrance.

I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

They charged me for parking! They had to change sheets from the beds, had stains! The online pictures were a lot better than the actual hotel!

Location, staff, amenities, rooms, parking lot with security guard, breakfast, greetings! The bar3oak right next to the comfort inn was awesome, both makes us feel welcome great experience. Highly recommended!
