It was a clean, alright looking hotel.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the elevators and this hotel has the loudest elevator ive ever encountered. You could hear it plain as day all through the night. I probably won't be finding myself staying here again for the risk of having to endure the sounds all through the night.

Staff and horrible food options. Zack who works front desk was openly hostile and aggressive because I called stating the hot water wasn’t working in my room for almost 24 hours.

The entire experience was good for a 2 night stay. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The walls are thin so you can easily hear other guests. I liked the outdoor patio area and the special musical guest in the lounge.

We checked in and checked out. I was traveling with my two daughters and immediately felt uneasy. The lobby was hot, and had a not pleasant smell. It didn’t appear clean. We got on the elevator and it smelled of smoke from vape/drugs. Our room also had a terrible smell. We had an event to get to so we left and never went back. There is no way I was going to spend the night with my daughters in that hotel.
I would appreciate a refund.
