Comfy bed; please vacuum; enter room via bathroom; cold pool.
Pros:

Friendly staff, cute bar + entry area, comfortable bed.

Cons:

I do not think they vacuumed; there was a bit of dried noodles on the carpet. You basically open the door of your hotel room into the bathroom. Also, the pool was a bit too cold.

Cons:

The staff couldn't locate our reservation (my name was reversed which was my error). Then the toilet broke in the middle of the night and staff didn't understand why I waited until checkout to advise. I wanted sleep and checkout was the next morning! The room (219) was beside the elevator which was extremely LOUD all night long. Would NEVER recommend. The hotels solution was to offer me points. No thank you! Don't waste your time staying here!

I was ready to go home.
Cons:

I know this was out of the control of the hotel, but the fire dept scheduled a test alarm at 8 in the morning while we were still sleeping.

Didn’t like being placed right next to the stairs - two females.

Great stay.
Pros:

Great customer service from the person that checked me in to the person that checked me out. Clean and spacious rooms followed by a wonderful atmosphere upon entry of the hotel. Live music was nice.
