id def rebook& recommend this hotel for my friends
Pros:

My 2nd stay in this hotel, great location, everything is nearby and the metro station is 10secs away. Also the room size in general, clean and spacious. The guy in the reception was SO helpful and gentle!! Big thanks to him

the best experience!
Pros:

this is my best experience so far when it comes to breakfast buffet. Im new in Riyadh so we are exploring a lot of places. Good atmosphere, the staffs are well mannered ms jen, ruby and Cath and to the head of chef nedal and chef cyrus your the best! Thank you, definetly will come back again.

Great hospitality

Good value for money and great location
Pros:

Location of the hotel was amazing, in downtown and close to many malls. the hotel met our expectations. If we ever go again to Riydah, we will definitely stay at the Novotel.

Cons:

Room size is a bit small for 3 people, i went with my two kids and we had to order an extra bed.
