تجربة جميله السيء فيها إنذار حريق عن طريق الخطأ

المكان جيد جداً ومطل على برج المملكة الوصول له سهل والغرف جميله ومرتبه رغم صغر حجمها .. النظافة ممتازه والسعر مقابل الخدمه اعتبره ممتاز 👌🏻

تم تشغيل الانذار وفيه عبارات ( بوجود حريق في المبنى ) افزعنا على الساعة 7:30 صباحاً تقريباً والكل نزل من مخرج الطوارئ .. من كافة الأدوار وانا كنت ساكن في الرابع .. لما وصلنا تحت اكتشفنا انه فيه صيانة لجهاز الإنذار في المبنى الآخر حسب إفادة موظف الاستقبال ومربوط مع جهاز الإنذار في الفندق كان الوضع سيء للغاية صراحه ونازلين مفزوعين والاطفال خائفين بالنهايه .. الحمدلله ماطلع فيه حريق .. ولما جيت برجع اطلع للغرفة اشتغل مره ثانيه واضطريت اطلع من الدور الارضي للرابع من الدرج بحكم ان المصاعد تتعطل أثناء الإنذار 😫

حصل خطأ بسيط حيث تم حجز غرفة للمدخنين و عند تسجيل الدخول تم اعطائي غرفة لغير المدخنين بعد ترقية الحجز الى مستوى اعلى ( شكرا جزيلا )
لكن للامانة تعامل رائع و لطيف من كل الفريق و خصوصا مشرفة مكتب الاستقبال

Pros:

We loved letterly everything about the hotel. We got there after experiencing 3 hotels in different cities, what I really liked in this hotel they had fruits in the room when we arrived ( no chocolate or drinks in fridge) 👍 my child was disappointed but I was super happy thank you 😁
