It was very nice hotel. We would go back!
Pros:

Great location. Clean room. Free parking. Staff was friendly. Took advantage of the morning breakfast. It was very good!

Cons:

Just had a glitch with the TV the morning we were checking out. It froze; could not be used after that. Didn’t bother reporting that as we left shortly afterwards.

Comfort and pleasant stay
Pros:

Everything new, clean and smelling good. Staff is great, smiling all the time! Breakfast is good!

Cons:

Parking lot not clean (snow and ice), slipring.

Noisy and Annoying
Pros:

The staff were friendly. I know they are renovating but they should consider putting in sound proofing. Walls are thin. We could hear the other guests by every wall and especially in the bathroom. I don’t know if the doors are heavy or people just like slamming doors but we heard every door close. We also heard the children running down the hallway. Again we expect to hear people but not like this. Breakfast was pretty bad - runny eggs, overcooked sausage, weirdly spiced limp potato cakes. I did enjoy the overnight oats. Again staff were pleasant and friendly but the building is lacking and it made for an uncomfortable stay. Thank goodness I used points because if I had paid real money I would be upset.

Pros:

Convenient restaurant on site. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The pool was not usable it was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was so hot you really couldn’t stay in it.

Easily accessible to cute downtown Dover, the renovations are nice, staff was pleasant.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast was decent (I stay away from the fake-ish scrambled eggs and go for toast and fruit), pool and hot tub are always great amenities

Cons:

Walking into a hotel and having FOX news blasting as the first thing you see and hear is not pleasant. People can watch the news on their own time on their chosen outlet. I don’t like having news pushed on me in public spaces, especially if it’s Fox. It was also on during breakfast, gladly not as loudly. However I believe in this political climate tensions could easily arise within and between people if that is what’s playing on these huge screen TVs every hotel & bar like to have. Why not something neutral like a cooking channel or discover channel, if we must have TVs going everywhere? If there is some sort of emergency of course I’d understand, otherwise for the love of sanity please stop blasting Fox.

Also the pool area was quite clean but when I was swimming a mat of hair got on me and I had to pull it off - not my hair. Luckily I’m not easily super grossed out person but it wasn’t pleasant.

Clean, Comfortable, Roomy
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of our room. Very clean. Very nice amenities in the room. Not luxury but a solidly good hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options and was decent. The coffee was actually delicious.

Cons:

We stayed for parents weekend at UNH and I get raising the rates during high demand times but the price they charged for two nights felt very out of line. For $275 a night it’s a great hotel for $375 it’s just ok. My only other complaint is their TV system is like from 1995. And has no option for streaming.
