Homewood Suites by Hilton Dover

Safe, clean, breakfast provided. Indoor pool with a hot tub. Very friendly staff.

Location was away from road traffic and hotel was welcoming. It was a cold and wet April day, but the lobby was lovely with the fireplace, popcorn and fresh cookies.

Always a pleasure

Very disappointed. I am here for three weeks and planned on cooking my meals in my room. The stove doesn't work. When I reported it to the front desk was told they would work on it today and when I got back from work if not working would change my room. Well not working and now they don't have room to move me. The room is not overly clean either. I previously stayed in the Holmwood Suites in Portsmouth NH and had a wonderful experience and very pleasant staff. Here I find the staff is not accessible and not very pleasant if at all. DO NOT STAY AT THE HOLMWOOD SUITES IN DOVER NH.

We were what you would call distressed travelers this past Monday, when we arrived at the nearby C&J Bus station at 2:00AM from Boston's Logan Airport. We were able to get on an earlier bus, since our plane was 1 hr. EARLY from the west coast. We had notified Uber of the change in arrival, but when we arrived in Dover there was NO Uber for us! We live 32 miles away and wouldn't call anyone at that hour to come and get us. Due to the hour, we decided to walk across the street with our 3 suitcases to the. the Homewood Suites, which we could see in the distance. Larry, welcomed us at 2:30 AM and was very kind in fixing us right up with a ground floor room right down the hall. A welcome site for sore eyes.
Homewood had a wonderful spotless room and a very nice extensive breakfast until 9 AM. The staff were very friendly too. Homewood Suites is now our go-to hotel for the future. Top notch customer service. many thanks Larry!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent. The room felt like a small apartment, with a full kitchen, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes and utensils, which made it very comfortable. The hot tub was a great bonus and we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and I also appreciated that there were fruits and coffee available throughout the day. The gym was convenient and well-equipped. The staff was amazing—very friendly and attentive. There is also a Mexican restaurant nearby where we went for drinks, which added to the overall experience. This is actually my second time staying here, and I would definitely come back again. I truly loved it.

Choices for breakfast were fabulous. The girl who was cleaning, putting food out was very professional and helpful

Pricey for room only one bed and pullout couch no door to block sink area weird setup. Not enough blankets

Room was clean, ac worked great, heat worked great. Ceiling fan in bedroom was nice. Location is great- shares a parking lot with margaritas. Nice to have a drink at the end of the night. Staff was nice.

Excellent stay at Homewood suites for a day. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent the pool was well maintained. The kitchen sink was leaking but it was the best stay so far.
