Zentrale Lage, größtenteils sauber, nettes Personal

Cons:

Es war in der Lobby etwas dreckig. Flecken auf den Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa). In den Gängen hat es etwas „alt“ gerochen. Beim Frühstück wurde nur ein Raum aufgemacht, es gab dann nicht genügend Sitzplätze für alle Gäste, die zu dem Zeitpunkt frühstücken wollten.
Bei der Wärme mussten wir das Fenster öffnen, dann war es aber nicht mehr dunkel mit der Gardine (Straßenlaterne hat etwas gestört).

für 1 Nacht würde ich a&o Hostels immer wieder gerne in Betracht ziehen.
Pros:

Top gelegen neben dem Bahnhof, easy check-in um kurz nach 23 Uhr, Fahrradständer im Hof, das Doppelzimmer war sauber und ruhig, dito das kleine, enge WC/Duschbad, kostengünstig, mehr benötigten wir nicht.
Gut geschlafen und erholt aufgewacht.
;-)
für mehrere Nächte würde ich mir aber etwas netteres suchen.

Cons:

Das Farbkonzept im ganzen Haus liesse sich echt verbessern, das wirkt schon alles etwas trist, mein Finanzamt ist bunter...

Nicht besonders saubere Zimmer. Uns wurde trotz frühem Check in ein Zimmer gegeben in dem am Abend als wir wieder zurück gekommen sind plötzlich ein fremder Mann im Zimmer stand mit der gleichen Zimmerkarte. Wir hatten alle Klamotten bereits einsortiert und abgelegt. Jeder Mitarbeiter hat etwas anderes erzählt und ich habe seit Ende Mai noch keine Stellungnahme oder Antwort auf meine Mail bekommen.

The QR code provided for requesting housekeeping services directs guests to a general webpage, which is not very convenient. It would be much more efficient if it linked directly to a dedicated form where guests could submit their housekeeping requests and relevant details.

I hope the hotel will address these issues and improve the overall guest experience in the future.

Good place to stay near the city centre
Pros:

Hostel were located just by the train station, so we could reach the center by foot as It Was just around the corner.
One thing to remember - book a parking spot in advance. We didn't know that we have to do that and had to park in the public parking. Which was just on the other side of the street, but it was a pain to get there.
Room that we got was quite used and showers had mold a bit, but all in all it was an excellent place to stay for a night.
Overall feeling and atmosphere in there, especially in common areas were good, friendly and quite relaxed.

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko dworca.
Świetnie, że były w pokoju ręczniki, suszarka i zestaw kosmetyków.

Cons:

Brakowało klimatyzacji. Dni były upalne - pomieszczenie bardzo się nagrzewało.

Nie było zbyt czysto - kurz znajdował się na meblach.

Pojawił się problem z zameldowaniem. Zrozumieliśmy, że system nie do końca zadziałał. Niemiłą niespodzianką okazał się jednak powrót na drugi dzień do pokoju. Nie zadziałały karty. Spowodowało to ogromny stres. Nie wiedzieliśmy, dlaczego nie możemy dostać się do pokoju i czy nasze rzeczy wciąż tam są. Stres spotęgowany został także mailem od Bookingu z informacją, że nie zjawiliśmy się w hotelu.
