Excellent stay and great location
Pros:

Lovely atmosphere, quiet comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and the hotel let us check in and also upgraded us. Very centrally located with lots of cafes and restaurants around. We will stay here again on our return to Tbilisi, we liked it so much

Relaxing Hotel in a great neighborhood
Pros:

The Hotel is charming, like a little peaceful house in the middle of the city.
Room was spacious and confortable.
The hotel has 24/7 staff available to help, but can give you a key to main door, to go in and out at will.
The neighborhood has plenty of good restaurants, coffees and bars, but remain silent. It's well connected to the metro via Rustaveli at 5-10 min walk (although it is a little climb)

Spacious room. Classic vibe. Very good staff. Overall, good stay.

The best value for money in Georgia!
Pros:

The most cozy hotel in Tbilisi! Location is perfect - old historic street of Tbilisi, rooms are warm, hospitality is on the highest level, feels like home! Absolutely recommend :)

מלון British House הוא פנינה אמיתית בטביליסי! נהניתי מאוד מהשהייה שלי כאן.
המיקום: המלון ממוקם בשכונת ורה השקטה והיפה, קרוב מאוד למרכז העיר אבל רחוק מהרעש.
האוכל: ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פשוט מצוינת – טעימה, מגוונת ומשביעה מאוד.
השירות: הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל, אדיב ומקצועי. הרגשתי בבית מהרגע הראשון.
מומלץ בחום לכל מי שמבקר בטביליסי!

Доброжелательные сотрудники, говорят на трех языках. Перед нашим выселением преподнесли прекрасный презент!

В номере не слышно гостей из других номеров.
Большая удобная кровать и просторный номер.
В ванной комнате нет лишних запахов, напор воды отличный (в старом фонде санузел часто бывает слабым местом).
Полотенца заменяли каждый день.
Внутренний дворик с пальмами и другими растениями, в том числе вечнозелёными
