Flamingo Bay Hotel & Marina at Taino Beach

Great stay would recommend

Nice place to enjoy...

Hotel need a lot of work. The bathroom was not up to par toilet was flushing for a good 2 to 3 mins. I thought it was going to over flow. I ended up leaving and booked at a different location. I will never go here again.

Vaery basic but clean. Nice pool close to very beautiful beach and ferry to straw market

The shower was in very poor state with its faucet. The shelves were about to fall, and the door knob didnt seem to work correctly. The pillows were terrible also. But it was clean and bug free, with a good working air conditioner.

Room was shown as stated but there were no towels or pillow cases on pillows upon arrival. Staff corrected this upon my request.

While on booked with you guy I didn’t know that only four was allowed to stay in a double bed room so I was told that I needed to rent a additional room on my aspens 😡and it was two adult and three kids that was on my stay

We love staying at Flamingo Bay. The people are friendly and the Units are clean. It is definitely a "no frills" experience but you have access to the lazy river, "grotto Bar" and a nice restaurant on the beach. We will visit again.

Nothing was unique about this place. The place is poorly kept. From microwave to toaster rusty and filthy. Ice machines never worked. Had to climb three flights of stairs with luggage.

From we arrived the front desk host was pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the island. The pool was amazing and the bartender at the swim up bar (Alfy) was awesome. He made us feel right at home. This place exceeded all my expectations I will be back.

Love the room. Access to the hotel was a big plus. The food at the restaurant was far above my expectations.

Power turned off at a certain point late into the night and didnt turn back on til around 5 or 6. We also had the cleaning crew knocking on our doors at around 9:20. Checkout it supposedly at 10 and we didnt ask for a wakeup call either. It would be great if they could give their staff a list of what rooms have been checked out.

This property is HORRIBLE!! Front desk staff is rude as ever!! I walked in the lobby and it smelled like molded wood that they tried to cover up with air fresheners. There isn’t any WiFi that can reach your room only downstairs at the lobby which might explain why they’re always in their phones. I came for a quick stay and the lady that claimed she needed to speak with me only kept complaining I couldn’t booked an excursion because I didn’t have time! IT MY TRIP! I had numerous issues with the staff. They claimed my room was ready came in no towels or anything. They have no iron boards, blow dryers dressers nothing in the room. Waited 1 1/2hr for towel and a wash cloth to take a shower. Walked around the corner the back to find the housekeeping on her phone talking and laughing and when I asked for one she rudely said “I’ll be right there” and still took 20mins! In the morning at 8am I get woke up by a loud knock and her hollering housekeeping and when I said “Not right now” she still opened it with her keys and came in my room. Toilet got backed up after one single use, so I went to get a plunger from the front desk that night. In the am 8:30-9 I’m laying in bed after a shower and I hear one single loud knock and then a man opens my door claiming to be a Plumber and can clearly see me in a towel and continues to have a conversation on if I still need help with plumbing!!!I’ll never come here again, it was a horrible experience and I felt unsafe and definitely not comfortable

Didn’t like that there was no wifi in my room as I was too far away from the wifi from the lobby. Liked that I was close to the beach and that there was a restaurant.
