Please note that for August bookings, a full prepayment for stays of 3 nights or less and a deposit of 50% of the total amount for stays longer than 3 nights is required to secure the booking.

Reservations without deposit are only guaranteed until 13:00.

Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Hotel Avenida Praia of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street, filled with bars and clubs.

Please note that to unload luggage, the hotel can be reached by Rua do Miradouro street, then go straight ahead to Avenida Tomás Cabreira. It is a no entry road, except for loading and unloading.

Please note that for reservations of more than 9 rooms a prepayment of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining value will be charged at check-in. The 50% prepayment won't be refunded for cancelations after 30 days prior to check-in date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Si buscas estar cerca de todos los bares, restaurantes, fiesta, etc., es el mejor sitio de Portimão. También está a pie de playa, por lo que la ubicación para nosotros es perfecta. Es cierto que se escucha la música de las discotecas y pubs casi toda la noche. Sin embargo, es algo que a nosotros no nos incomodó, porque pudimos descansar bien de todas formas y conocíamos que esos podían ser los inconvenientes de estar situados en la calle más transitada de la ciudad. Por último, la habitación siempre la encontrábamos muy limpia.

Justo abajo había bares los cuales cortaban la música a las 4am y no nos permitía descansar hasta dicha hora, reservamos ya que ponía que era insonorizada cosa que descubrimos que era mentira.

Oszukali nas - nie chcieli dać pokoju ze sprawna suszarką i w ramach tego minimalnie większego pokoju to powiedziałem że idę do innego hotelu to powiedzieli Ok żebym sobie szukał - wszystko działo się o godz 10.30 rano rezerwując pokój na kolejną noc - wiec poszukałem innego hotelu przeprowadziliśmy a potem skasowali nas za noc której tam nie spędziliśmy wiedząc ze do nich nie przyjdziemy bo sami mówili żebyśmy sobie szukali innego hotelu wiedząc o tym mimo to pobrali środku za kolejną noc.
