Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street, filled with bars and clubs.
Please note that to unload luggage, the hotel can be reached by Rua do Miradouro street, then go straight ahead to Avenida Tomás Cabreira. It is a no entry road, except for loading and unloading.
Please note that for reservations of more than 9 rooms a prepayment of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining value will be charged at check-in. The 50% prepayment won't be refunded for cancelations after 30 days prior to check-in date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. El desayuno, muy insuficiente de variedad. El personal dice que es buffet pero tiene opciones acotadas. Y el secador de pelo estaba malo y la cama incomoda, el colchon estaba en mal estado ya que se sentian los resortes.
Didn't have breakfast, we changed the way we would do thinks as the area of the property is right in the middle of all the entertainment, music , we got in to the atmosphere and enjoyed what was on offer, definitely a place to be if you want night life , Staff were amazing, so friendly nothing was too much for all staff , even on our day of leaving manager came out to say bye, excellent customer skills from all staff , room was sorted every day , fresh towels, toiletries, sea few was amazing, due to the music been load on an evening we was offered a room change, but stayed in our room , really couldn't fault anything the hotel offered, polite and helpful, due to having to leave a previous property at short notice won't go into that , thanks to all Staff you made us enjoy our Holiday ☺️🫠
Just bit noisy due to music in actual street from Bars around, little dated but clean
Personnel d'une gentillesse incomparable et prêt à nous aider et très à l'écoute. L'hôtel est également très bien tenu et propre. Emplacement à proximité de la place et des restaurants.
Les chambres ne sont pas comfortables. Le frigidaire est très bruyant et la literie complètement inconfortable avec la sensation de sentir tous les ressorts !! L'emplacement est au top pour une vie nocturne car la rue est remplies de bar qui donnent chacun de la musique à fond jusqu'à 4heures du matin !! A fuir.
The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of food to choose from which kept us going until our evening meal, so we didn't need to spend money during the day. The staff were exceptionally good, kind and welcoming
The beds were not very comfortable . The noise was disruptive during the night but that was expected because of the time of year.

Meu quarto e banheiro estava sujo, o banheiro com pelos na banheira e chão sujo, o quarto a mesma coisa.
