Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Hotel Avenida Praia of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street, filled with bars and clubs.

Please note that to unload luggage, the hotel can be reached by Rua do Miradouro street, then go straight ahead to Avenida Tomás Cabreira. It is a no entry road, except for loading and unloading.

Please note that for reservations of more than 9 rooms a prepayment of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining value will be charged at check-in. The 50% prepayment won't be refunded for cancelations after 30 days prior to check-in date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perto da praia, dá-se jeito!
Pros:

Localização mesmo na muvuca, o que pode ser bom ou ruim.

Cons:

Escuta-se todo barulho. Mas estivemos confortáveis, apesar do prédio e instalações serem mesmo antigas! Precisa de uma remodelação.

Sul mare,comodo per le spiagge e i locali della via centrale,gentilezza personale,grandezza bagno

Rumore dalla strada,avvertito anche al 7° piano con balcone che dava sull'interno, soprattutto nel week-end,ma con 2 tappi e finestre chiuse no problem

Si no quieres dormir por la noche, éste es tu sitio.

Pocas cosas o, mejor dicho, ninguna.

Cons:

La habitación no era la que pagamos. No tenía vistas al mar (¿?) que prometían al reservar. Nos contaron la milonga de un aire acondicionado roto para no cambiarnos. Tres días sin vistas. El último día nos cambiaron a una habitación con vistas lejanas al mar (por lo menos se veía a lo lejos) Enfrente teníamos la disco más jaleosa de la ciudad, con una estación de policía justo al lado. Se pasaban 10 pueblos en watios. Para dormir, fatal. Nos dijeron que denunciásemos pero que ya lo habían hecho más personas y ni caso. Si vás de rave, bien. Puedes dormir de día y pasarte la noche de fiesta. Benidorm 1.0. Gentíos y gentíos luchando por una línea de playa a las 8 de la mañana.

ruido de la calle espantoso, pero peor todavía el ruido que hace la cama al moverte en ella, el ruido del aire acondicionado insoportable, pita cada minuto......el ruido de la nevera pequeña horrible, las almohadas de cama chuchurrias, la cortina de bañera sucia, la luz del cuarto de baño se apagaba y encendía sola.....de película de terror

Localização frente a Discotecas. Barulho infernal até de madrugada.
Sanita atrás da porta do WC colidindo com a porta ao abrir e impedindo uma abertura normal.
Rolo do papel atrás da sanita e á esquerda impedindo o seu uso.
Cortinas de banho antiquadas não vedando saidas de á gua a alagando o WC.
Secador de cabelo que só funciona após ligar um interruptor no exterior do WC.
Pedi outro quarto na manhã do 2º dia e não aceitaram.
