Please note that for August bookings, a full prepayment for stays of 3 nights or less and a deposit of 50% of the total amount for stays longer than 3 nights is required to secure the booking.

Reservations without deposit are only guaranteed until 13:00.

Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Hotel Avenida Praia of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street, filled with bars and clubs.

Please note that to unload luggage, the hotel can be reached by Rua do Miradouro street, then go straight ahead to Avenida Tomás Cabreira. It is a no entry road, except for loading and unloading.

Please note that for reservations of more than 9 rooms a prepayment of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining value will be charged at check-in. The 50% prepayment won't be refunded for cancelations after 30 days prior to check-in date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A localização é excelente, o quarto muito agradável e a simpatia do funcionário da recepção

Não conseguimos descansar devido ao barulho ensurdecedor da música que vem dos bares em frente, eram 4h da manhã quando acalmou a musica mas depois ficou o barulho do pessoal a falarem e a gritarem uns com os outros.

Ter comprado e pago ao Booking uma estadia com apa tal como estava no site ,o Booking ter enviado recibo onde menciona estadia sem pequeno almoço e no hotel ser informada que só servirão pequeno almoço a partir de 9 de abril!!!!!! O hotel não tem a ver com este processo!!!!
