Our stay was great and we enjoyed our 3 days in the hotel. Affordable ang promo room rate with food.
Very friendly staff and accomodating, especially sa dining area. Kahit late na (almost 930pm)at malapit na sila mag close sa gabi, they still accepted our order kase gutom na ang anak ko.. very affordable ang price ng food at masarap. Kahit konti lang ang guests nila ay nag serve parin ng breakfast buffet. Unlike in other hotels, when the guests are few inaalis nila buffet tapos plated na lang at 1 serving lang pagkain nila. Lahat ng aking ni-request pinipilit nila ibigay.
Very accessible ang place dahil walking distance lang ang mga convenient stores at mga fast food near this hotel.

Over-all 2 thumbs up. Babalik kami dito. Highly recommended.

The hotel had an outstanding buffet breakfast and looking forward to trying their new promotion that includes dinner for 2 and the buffet breakfast for 2025

Staffs are not friendly..we asked some questions but they answered us sarcastically and the swimming pool is not available,we asked if the pool is available they said yes but apparently it’s not!very disappointing!!never again on this hotel!

The room was small and compact, AC had to be change while I was in room, equipments needs updates, very outdated.

Staff are very friendly and polite.they gave us the best view of Mt Mayon. Thank you for the warm greetings!

Great value for your money when staying in Legazpi City.

It is our second time to stay here and we got our rooms (2 Junior Suite and 1 Standard Room) at a very competitive price. The room comes with a buffet breakfast for two.

Reception was fast and efficient. Contrary to other people's reviews, the receptionists there were friendly and welcoming. Welcome drinks were offered and it was refreshing.

Rooms were very spacious. AC was working fine. Complete toiletries were provided. I did not use the TV but from the looks of it, it is still not a Smart TV. Everything is working fine and we have no complaints.

Location is great for making this hotel your base camp when going to numerous attractions in Legazpi. It does not have the cramped downtown feel and it would be a breeze going in and out with your car. SM City Legazpi is less than a 10-minute drive from here. Other attractions such as Cagsawa Ruins or Daraga Church are less than 20-minute drive from here.

We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food serving was generous. I was expecting the Bicol Express to be spicy but the spiciness was toned down. We did not wait that much for our food to arrive. Choices for the buffet breakfast were good. There was even an egg station where you could request how you wanted your egg to be cooked.

Hot water for the shower was not available during our stay but this was discussed during check-in. The pool is also under renovation but this was discussed prior to booking. I would always choose to stay here for a night or two when in Legazpi.

TV broken, hot water maker broken, telephone broken, swimming pool broken, spa broken/closed. Over priced for the extremely tiny room and lack of amenities. The photos look amazing and were likely taken when it opened. It's now old, rusted and broken. There is NO room with a view of the volcano! I was told I can go on the roof to view Mayon. Security is great! The staff appear nice and friendly.
The food is 4 or so typical Filipino dishes. I bet she was a beautiful hotel back in the day, but not now. Short drive to Starbucks 7am. and SM mall 10am. If you want your room made up, you have to request it every day. Laundry service is very expensive as usual in hotels.

The staff are really friendly and were helpful about our queries! Will definitely visit again next time! :>>

The property is a bit old but the room was ok. The staff are great. They are polite, helpful and easy to talk to.

The staff were very nice and polite. Anytime I asked for cleaning our room, they’d do it without hesitation. I love the breakfast as well as the servers.

It was comfortable, clean, and centrally located.

Terrible customer service and unreliable, not trustworthy company

I book this hotel amongst others because of the promised free airport transportation but to my dismay, they denied me of this service and asks me to pay a fee.

Emailed them but only directed with to call the travel agent as claiming that they do not have airport transfer.

Room and amenities a bit old. But it was still comfy and their clientele service was nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the buffet breakfast and the pool. I always want to start my day with a healthy breakfast. The pool was convenient for my son and son's friends to swim and bond.

Hotel waiting until the weekend to clean their swimming pool our whole stay which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The pool should have been cleaned overnight hours or during the week. The breakfast was ok but have had better.

The hotel staff here was so helpful they researched tours for our stay at the next hotel we were going to. The only problem was we were over a restaurant that was very loud our first night. I would recommend asking for a quieter place if you have small children and want to be able to sleep earlier. Overall though, it was a very good stay in a convenient location even if the area is dirty.

Everyone in this hotel are nice and will accomodate concerns anytime of the day. Highly recommended.
