Bom custo benefício em santa teresa
Pros:

Local do hotel é bem próximo ao acesso à praia e ao point de surf Zeneidas. Hotel bem espaçoso em meio à natureza. Os quartos são na parte alta do terreno, há que caminhar na subida e ainda subir uma escada, os chalés tem acesso mais fácil. Piscina agradável em meio à natureza. Quartos espaçosos e limpos, banheiros merecem uma renovação (dos quartos), alguns não tem janela. Não tem local para cafe da manhã, mas nos arredores tem várias boas opções. Dá para fazer tudo a pé por perto do hotel.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Muy buena atención, no había nadie más hospedado por lo que teníamos el hotel para nosotros, aunque estaba vacío hacían limpieza de todas las habitaciones diariamente, la piscina estaba limpia, la atención fue muy buena. La cama es muy cómoda y se duerme de maravilla.

Pros:

Nice place. Mornings on the beach, afternoons by the pool on the beds and cushions. The beach and good spots like Eat Street or local sodas are just a five/ten minute walk away. Our room had a large bed and a small fridge, which was convenient. For my parents’ 30th anniversary, the staff added some sweet decorations in the room — a really kind touch.

Cons:

Beach towels cost $2 a day and since the pool loungers heat up so much and there are no beach beds, you really need them. The AC works only with a key, which is locked at the room key, so if one person locks up and leaves the other is either locked out or sweating inside. They also ask for a $100 deposit per room (the only place on our three‑week Costa Rica trip to do so), and there’s no on‑site breakfast. None of this is a real deal‑breaker, but worth knowing!
